Very fast and Mature have me the best haircut I've had in years.
Maria has been doing my hair since I moved to Houston (except for a brief time out for her to have a baby). She is friendly professional and very capable. Durn, I shouldn't have said so; now everyone will line up for her services!

Time to receive a haircut was delayed and longer than expected. Communication is a challenge with stylist due to language difficulties.
Very low wait times is an underrated asset.

This particular store is always top notch in terms of customer service and the quality of the styles provided. It's the only store I've visited where there are multiple stylists who cut my hair the way I like. This is very difficult to find. Currently I have three options for great cuts. Julye was my stylist this time and she was outstanding as always. Wendy and Christine (sp?) are also very good. Wendy, as the store manager, has done a great job recruiting talent, training the stylists and promoting a store that is positive and a pleasure to visit. As always - well done.

Quick and very good cut
I have used Sports Clips for several years, and Jenny has cut my hair probably for the past 4 or more years. Yesterday, as has happened for at least 4 of the last 6 occasions, I checked in at home and arrived by 2:00, her starting time, only to see her jump someone in front of me AGAIN. I told her my time is as important as hers, and this was the last time it will happen, I won't be back. We've talked about this before but her response is always "don't be mad", it's not her fault. Well I'm mad and fed up, and Sports Clips won't get my money ever again.
More time with hot towels. Marbella is wonderful
