Quick and very good cut

I have used Sports Clips for several years, and Jenny has cut my hair probably for the past 4 or more years. Yesterday, as has happened for at least 4 of the last 6 occasions, I checked in at home and arrived by 2:00, her starting time, only to see her jump someone in front of me AGAIN. I told her my time is as important as hers, and this was the last time it will happen, I won't be back. We've talked about this before but her response is always "don't be mad", it's not her fault. Well I'm mad and fed up, and Sports Clips won't get my money ever again.

This was probably the BEST haircut I have ever received.

It is always a pleasure having my hair cut at the Baytown sports clip. Great service. Pleasant atmosphere. Always a joy when Iris cuts my hair.

Excellent cut, wash, and dry at reasonable price.

I love being able to check in before arrival and seeing how long the wait is. I also enjoy getting my hair cut and washed there. Very relaxing. On my last visit, Mandi was very nice and I enjoyed talking with her while she cut my hair. Made the time go by quickly I will definitely return. And my hair was cut just the way I like it.

I have used you for a year and half, only because I’ve been patient. During this time I continuously try to make appointments with the stylist I knew. She only worked part time. The fact that I had to wait until the morning of an appointment made it difficult for scheduling. She told me she worked Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 to 1, but when I go on the website, her name was never one of the options. Sometimes I got lucky but most times not. This last time I had to just go in and hope for the best unfortunately, the person I got was not able to follow instructions and thus I received the worst haircut I ever had in my life. Your system is not customer friendly and the stylist knew she had screwed up as soon as she started and immediately started talking about next time. There won’t be a next time.

The stylist was too busy talking to the person observing/shadowing her to really pay attention to the customer and what his hair looked like. Her and the other girl spoke about things that were not appropriate to talk about while cutting a child’s hair. She did not know how to do simple things such as cutting in for a hard part and left his hair not symmetrical on both sides. My husband had to fix his hair it. Not a great experience this time. I would maybe go back for a different stylist.

As usual, Nia did an excellent job in my hair. But I did notice this time that the atmosphere was really loud. The TV was too loud and one of the stylists was really loud. It made the experience less relaxing for me than usual. I could barely even hear Nia speak.
