Clean shop
I used to enjoy coming here. Been coming here for a few years and the quality and service has just gone down bad. Today got a haircut, and the Chinese lady who was doing it, kept pulling my hair and I had gotten poke in the eye 2-3 different times throughout and I had gotten a cut from one of the razors and she didn't tell me anything. She didn't even apologize or have any sympathy for what she did. Get rid of her or something....
Also I said I wanted a 3 on a sides but got a 2. She clearly can't comprehend basic English.

Eva is AWESOME! Have never had a stylist in all of my years of using Sport Clips. Definitely makes me look forward to my next haircut. If you haven't already, you need to put her in upper Management.

I was questioning myself about returning to SportClips after waiting for over 25 mins with the system showing 00 WAIT time (On Deck) at your Montgomery, Tx store. Then another individual that also showed 00 Wait time on the screen was called back to be next. It appeared that there should have been 2 stylist working yet only one was actually cutting hair. The other stylist was to good to accept walking clients and stayed in the back room with an 8-10 year old child. I was so irritated, I canceled my check in and left. I will NEVER go back to the Montgomery Tx location. (20212 Eva Street, 77356) I would normally think if the app and the front door of the location says 00 wait, that would mean no wait not at least 25-30 min wait.
Consistency of cut and style. Very personable stylists (Katie is amazing!!!). Ease of walk in and short wait times.
