Mary at the Jordan Ranch location is extremely patient and provides a great haircut for my 2 yo son.
I had to go to a different sports clips and they messed up my hair, came to my sports clips to have fixed.

One star experience overall.
Just not a great experience at all and will probably drive the extra distance to the woodlands location in the future even though this is the closest location to me. My stylist, Kamari, seemed either completely out of it, or very "over it" the whole time, she was very softspoken too it was really hard to hear when she called my name and what she was asking me for over the noise in the salon. She painfully caught my hair in the clippers multiple times with no apology even though I recommended washing my hair first due to it being thick which she didnt even acknowledge, my neckline is now uneven with a cut through the middle and varying length, my sideburns are noticeably uneven and I just wanted to get out of there by the time she was through declining a wash I figured she would mess that up too.
Wouldn't return here even for a free haircut at this point. Management or corporate needs to be more hands on with enforcing standards of cleanliness, standards of service, and standards of behavior here it's the worst sportclips I've been to in 20 years of being their customer.
I will likely dispute the charge with my bank to get a refund.
A good price, a clean setting, working equipment and, most of all, a great stylist
Monica did a great job listening to the cut I wanted and performed it perfectly. She also sold me on a product to use after washing hair and shaving.

Very well done phone application for scheduling. Especially the ability to favorite and choose my stylist. I don't go to any other shop due to the convenience of the app. In fact the app is more important to me than the actual hair cut! Well done IT folks!
Haircut was less than satisfactory, per my notes, should have received a 0 mid fade and ended up with a high and tight and uneven. Stylist never even showed me what my hair looked like.

Both stylist did an amazing job
I took my son in for a trim on his long hair. I honestly was very disappointed! The stylist didn’t even wet his hair to cut it. He was in the chair for less than 5 minutes. The stylist told me she cut an inch and then told my husband she cut 1/2 and inch. The technique she used is something that I would have done myself at home. No layering or care put in to the cut. I have to take him to another salon to get it fixed. Will never go back.
Free neck trims between cuts, fast service, optional hair wash and massage. Remembers how I like it. Deep neck trims.
I like that the staff and stylists know me and my family. We have been going to this location for several years now and always have a good experience.

The product is high quality as well as the service
Took my son for Haircut, expected it to be $26 for basic mens haircut. When I went to cash out, the gentleman that cut his hair tried to bill me $41. When I asked why it was not $26 he said it was a complicated hair cut and he had to wash his hair. It was a basic boys hair cut and I did not request anything special. He agreed after I complained to only charge me $31 for haircut plus wash. This is a pretty shady practice. I still tipped him $5 because I believe in tipping the stylist for their work but I regret it. If he would have explained up front why he thought it was a complicated haircut we could have had that discussion and I maybe would have agreed to pay more.
