Ginny!! She’s a real hairdresser. She gave me a wonderful cut. We had great conversation because my whole family were hairdressers. It was a wonderful experience. It was so nice to be able to walk into a salon and get a hairdresser that had years of experience plus she’s got an incredible personality!!

While the salon was crowded when I arrived, I was politely greeted by the stylist, seated, and had to wait only 20 minutes for my haircut. The stylist was very sociable and cut my hair very nicely. I was out the door in another 20 minutes. A nice experience!

I'm not sure what you could do. There is a lot of inconsistency between stylists. Perhaps assigning them experience levels would provide customers better information.

As a professional, who doesn't have much time to bounce between stores, I find the inconsistency between your shops to be extremely frustrating. It would be nice to know if I'm on the road or at home that I can get a consistently decent haircut for the price you charge. Your Meyerland Houston location is a good example. Sometimes the service is good, but when it's busy or alternately not busy, I've experienced poor service quick haircuts and sloppy work. Certainly not up to the $35 that I pay including a tip. I can't say in confidence that I would recommend anybody go to sport clips if they need to have a professional appearance.
