I was very satisfied with my haircut yesterday by Jillian. Based on my past experience with Sports Clips there is a lot of turnover so when I find a stylist that does a good job they only last a short while. There’s inconsistency when trying to find another person to cut my hair.

Sandra fue DEMASIADO brutal!! Súper profesional y me dejó el recorte bien clean, como si el pelo se hubiera acomoda’o solito. El shampoo y el masaje de cabeza después estuvieron a otro nivel. Y cuando digo masaje, digo MASAJE de verda. No le tuvo miedo a meterle presión y me dejó la cabeza como nueva. Salí con el recorte fresh, la cabeza limpia y hasta relajao de la vida. 10/10, full recomendada!

Fast service and the shampoo and hot face towel
The receptionist & manager did a fantastic job. It was the women whom cut my hair that did the worst. My haircut wasn't precise nor done properly. Miss a few spots here & there, few bald spots, uneven lines, & beard all messed up. It was my first time & I wanted the whole mvp experience but I didn't even get a neck/shoulder massage. Only thing that I truly appreciated was when I asked a cold towel she said no but luckily the manager & I got that. Went in excited for the experience but left disappointed & stricken with sadness.

She knew exactly what my hair needed, fixed my uneven haircut, and even took the time to give me tips on how to better care for my hair. I’ll definitely be back! 💓
