I arrived and no one was waiting for a haircut. The two stylist were each about to finish with the customer in their chairs. My name was first on the list and there wasn't any others in the store or on the list. About the time for me to be called, a man walks in and sits down, a minute later another man comes in with two boys. All of their names went above mine and they were called before me. Apparently because they signed up online, but not before me. I have been a very long time customer, but I may have to look elsewhere. FYI, the manager was sitting in her car long enough to anger the two stylist enough for them to steadily complain about her not coming in and helping. Not exactly the way to do business and create customer loyalty! Very upset!
Friendly and always get my cut right.

Great experience
I’ve been several times and have yet to get a haircut I was happy with. I’ve been scalped, I’ve left with a flattop(not requested), I’ve left with uneven blended sides, I’ve also left feeling like I got a trim instead of a cut. Reason I didn’t request to keep going, I didn’t feel the stylist knew how to cut hair. This past visit, I have a blended left side starting at the top of my head. I will have to wear a hat for the next few days.
I can always count on Kim (Rain) for a great looking haircut. It’s always consistent which is hard to do.

I have been using the same stylist for several years and have always gotten great service and a great haircut. I have a double crown in the back and Alysha has always taken care to not have the hair stick up.

As per usual, my visit to Sport Clips was an enjoyable experience.
The staff is always professional and courteous, and it starts with Mari, the manager.
It’s clear the rest of the staff takes their cues from her.
