It was a terrible experience, I need a refund for this visit, I always go to sportclips but this time it was horrible, the stylist Ruby did not listen to what I wanted gave me a terrible fade and did not even try to fix when I mentioned something was not right, I had to go to another sportclips licaty to fix my hair, I NEED A REFUND FOR THIS VISIT and please have the staff actually listen to the CUSTOMER

My hair stylist messed my hair up, I asked for a 2 on the sides and a small trim on top and she couldn’t even accomplish that. I think y’all should do a better evaluation of hair stylist before hiring. Will not be coming back to this location this is not the first time it has happened to me at this location.

I’ve been going here for 10+ years and my stylist that cut my hair charged me $7 for a “precision” hair cut just to add a hard part that she cut way too wide and crooked.
I didn’t realize I had an extra charge until I got home and inspecting my hair cut I realized the hard part was poorly cut.
I’ve never been charged for a hard part and this is the first bad experience I have had here.
It depends on location but I 100% recommend the woodlands, TX location. We lived there 7 years and it’s the only place my husband and boys went.
We live in Dripping Springs, TX now and the Belterra/Ledgestone location is awful. The manager is one of the rudest woman my husband and I’ve ever met. They never have consistent hours either. It doesn’t match the door or online hours. We literally make appointments at the woodlands location when we visit friends from there.

The last cut i received was terrible. The fade on both sides of my head were not even. One side i have a strong diagonal line, and the other side was a straight line (not faded) and much higher on my head. Did not cut what I asked for. The barber that I usually get were not available. Lesson Learned
This was my second attempt to get my son a haircut. The store was severely understaffed both times and wait times were ridiculous. I checked in online and still sat in the store with two younger easy to distract kids for over 40 minutes before it was finally our turn. A ten minute haircut already costs more than a lot of people make an hour then I had to sit and wrangle my kids for nearly an hour before being seen. I will not be returning to sport clips as this was pretty much the straw that broke the camels back.
We've been going to this hairstylist(Dorris) for the past 7 years, and I couldn't be happier with the service! My boys won't go anywhere else
