I’ve been using SportClips for sometime now and was completely disappointed with the quality of my hair cut… it took less than 8 minutes to cut my hair and pay ( plus tip) and went to my car and my wife said it was uneven. So I went back in thinking the issue would be resolved as far as I could tell, but NO!!! My wife said it was worse, so I just went to another place and had it corrected.
I always request Ana to do my hair. She always takes real good care of me. She's very sweet and personable, which is why I always request her. I get the MVP every time for the hot towel and scalp massage. That's my favorite part.

I have used SportClips for 10 years+. Overall the service has been really good. However, recently the service has gone down at the Magnolia location. It is very evident to me that management is rarely present. What made SportClips great like the more professional dress requirement (SportClips shirts and black pants) is gone in Magnolia. The quality of the staff has deteriorated. Maybe staff is hard to find, and maybe they should be paid better for a $30 cut.... If I wanted a GreatClips cut for $9, I would go there, but I like a little better environment and better stylists for $30+! (And in my opinion, men do not fit at SportClips...)

My husband and I went on Friday to get our hair cut. I signed both of us in. Emily took me and my husband was next on deck. Anna, the Manager chose to take someone that showed a 38 minute wait time before my husband. My husband was next up. He was so mad he didn't get his hair cut. Anna should have known better. I was in the chair getting mine done. We came together. We may not be back. First time this has ever happened. As a manager she should have known better than that. My haircut was ok. It's longer on one side than the other, but thank god it grows fast. Typically, I have Olivia cut my hair, and she does a good job. She takes her time and doesn't rush through it.
I was last client for the day. Same great service with Rubi as the stylist even though we finished a little after closing time.
