Mykala is a warm and friendly stylist that I would recommend to anyone needing their hair done.
Second time I got the same stylist and I normally get a scissor cut above the ears but slightly touching, squared in the back, an inch off the sides and top. To me a simple general haircut but both times it wasn't done right. I am not the complaining type or ask for a refund type of person I will just not return to the business. I think most of your stylist are so used to using trimmers that they lose their scissor cutting skills. I won't be returning to your Beaumont store.
I’m bald and just do a buzz cut on the sides and back. Amazing to me that I have so little hair and so little to cut, yet I get more bad hair cuts than I did with a full head. My stylist yesterday took about 2 minutes to attempt to cut it. It was with a number 4 guard on a trimmer. Easy to do. . Did t get it done evenly and I had to go find another shop to clean it up. Do better. I wasn’t asking for some difficult cut.

Consistent quality service and haircuts. The wait list app is great for scheduling. I love my location, Emily is the best!
I’ve had both good and not-so-good experiences. At times the haircut is great, but other times it’s uneven, with some parts longer than others. This happened again during my last visit, where scissors were barely used and the cut was mostly done with clippers.
Scheduling is great and I like the service overall, but consistency in haircut quality has been an issue for me.
Shy did a great job providing MVP service. She is very polite, professional, and proficient. I look forward to my monthly visits at Sports Clips!

I like the hot towel with the MVP, especially when it is infused with a sent. I really enjoy the cold towels in the hot months, too.

Better training. Barbers/Hair stylists need to keep notes on repeat customers. Haircuts vary depending on who you get. Always a different barber cutting my hair. Shaving neck too high into the hair line causes irratation.

Deziree has been cutting my hair for so many years I don’t even remember how long. She is an asset to your company. She is always happy, friendly and can always hold a conversation and makes me laugh and smile. She is the only person who has ever been able to cut my hair the way I like it every single time all these years she is a reason why I come to sports clips.
