I had a great experience at Sport Clips! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. My stylist did an excellent job and really took the time to make sure my haircut looked exactly how I wanted. The service was quick, the atmosphere was comfortable, and I left very happy with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend Sport Clips to anyone looking for a great haircut and friendly service!
My stylist Blue is knowledgeable and listens to what I want to do with my hair. She helps me make style decisions that work for my personal routine as well as how I want to present my self.
I am all around very happy with Sports Clips, but this particular visit was awful. The entire process was rushed. The stylist wanted me out of there as quickly as possible, I assume maybe I was her last one before she was leaving?
As I said, overall happy, but this visit was poor and I would not have this stylist again
This is one of the best sports clips teams I’ve ever seen. Velma is the store manager and her joy is infectious, and her team is clearly thriving. Alysha, one of their newest team members was doing marketing work outside, which got me to come in. Then Lupita cut my hair. Lupita was fantastic, professional and gave me one of my best haircuts this year, hands down. Kudos!

I did online check in but when we arrived we were not on the list. Had to enter all my info again a second time plus wait. 3 hours after our appt was completed I got an email saying we missed our turn and had been removed from the list. This was clearly regarding the first time I joined the waitlist that was not showing up at the store. Frustrating as I had 2 children with me.
My first child's haircut was fine. My second child however (different stylist) was awful. She literally did pretty much nothing. Barley shortened the sides and did absolutely nothing else. 100% could not even tell he had his hair touched. She spent less than 7 min total and then basically said she was done and helped him out of the chair.
I had to hurry up and get him in someplace else as school was starting the next day and he desperately needed a cut.
So disappointing and we will not be back.
Neidy at Meyerland location is very professional and knows her clients.
Wait times are GENERALLY not too long. One time, I got a “rookie” barber/stylist who was having difficulty getting my hair cut evenly. Finally, a young lady with more experience stepped in and repaired the damage…I was grateful!!

Ive cut my hair with almost every stylist at my location and every single one is always nice and professional. They put the human element into their work and I can see they enjoy what they do.
My son usually has good if not great experience usually. This last visit was not good. The visit was incredibly long after he sat to be cut. The haircut then took a very long, long time and didn’t look very good. The haircut took stylist seemed to be new or nervous. I am pretty sure she cut his head because she grabbed another neck tissue to get something on the side of his head.
I really enjoy my visits to Sports Clips in Pasadena and having Kita cut my hair. She does an excellent job and really makes the experience great. She has recommended great products for my hair and always does an excellent job.

Jackie took care of my curly haired kiddo and she is amazing. She was very thorough and patient as she showed us how to take better care of his curls. Haidy took care of my older son’s hair and did great with him. We will definitely be back!
