I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to your salon. I was using a coupon for a free MVP experience offered to customers wearing a FIFA jersey.
While I was having my hair shampooed, I overheard one of the stylists telling another that I was likely only visiting because of the promotion and that she did not expect to receive a tip from me.
This comment was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention so it can be addressed with the staff.
The app is excellent for scheduling. Having the personal cut profile in the system yields a wonderfully consistent result. In & Out in no time. Easy breezy!

No wait, good haircut
They've never given me a bad haircut or advise while I'm there. The Mitch product they sell is great and has been doing wonders for my hair, and I've been to this store enough times for the stylists to not only know exactly what I want but also senses when I'm in a talkative mood and when I'm not, which is great for me given that some days I just want to stew in my own mind.
Never had to wait long in the lobby and every stylist there has been kind and inviting, not just to me but to other patrons. Only place I go for a haircut.
Friendly and skilled staff
Nothing really to do better, but better than Walmart so that’s ask anyone could ask for. Maybe serve beer I think that would be pretty sick and classy. I hope this comment gets taken into consideration;-)

Nancy (Thuy Le) was very attentive and helpful in giving me a haircut, verifying throughout that it was to my satisfaction, and very gently with cutting/washing/massaging my hair and scalp.
Stylist in back left corner in the Livingston location officially provided me with not only the worst haircut of my life but also lost my confidence in the Sports Clips brand. Very unprofessional noting that the subject matter of her conversations makes her customers uncomfortable, but that I can handle.
The fade was not even on the left and right, I’ve got 2 noticeable tufts of hair sticking up that weren’t cut the same length as the rest. Bangs are terrible.
I’ve had many people ask what happened to my hair and I make sure to let them know, thanks.
