The friendly service.
Reopen a location nearby 1960 and 290! It closed last year without any warning and the store is still empty! We need a location around that area or on Jones Road.
Staff needs to talk to the parent before giving 3 kids the VIP service. Not a single stylist asked me if my kids needed the hot towel, shampoo, or a massage. The kid is not footing the bill! Service was great however we just needed simple haircuts.
Sophie did an amazing job with my 4yo who hates hair cuts. She was so patient, kind & personable with him. She gave him the best haircut he’s ever had! We will definitely be going back to see her next time
The appointment process was great and the cut was really good.

Mine and my youngest son’s haircuts were great! My oldest son is so embarassed, again, this is the second time he’s gotten a bad cut. No blending and he looks like he’s got a chili bowl cut.

It was a terrible experience, I need a refund for this visit, I always go to sportclips but this time it was horrible, the stylist Ruby did not listen to what I wanted gave me a terrible fade and did not even try to fix when I mentioned something was not right, I had to go to another sportclips licaty to fix my hair, I NEED A REFUND FOR THIS VISIT and please have the staff actually listen to the CUSTOMER

My hair stylist messed my hair up, I asked for a 2 on the sides and a small trim on top and she couldn’t even accomplish that. I think y’all should do a better evaluation of hair stylist before hiring. Will not be coming back to this location this is not the first time it has happened to me at this location.
Quit raising the prices
The ability to be able to schedule and get in quickly and efficiently. The hot towel and shampoo are great as well.
