Lumberton, TX Very unfriendly. Especially one stylist who think her life is more important. She talks to her customers way past the point she is finished with their cut while everyone is waiting. They run behind schedule every time I go in because they do not call the stylist from the back to come help. Very immature stylist!

Juanita was incredible. The level of care she puts inter her work is nothing short of phenomenal. I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like someone she was taking care of. The only remotely negative thing I can say about the experience is that I wish I had tipped more. And I will remedy that, next time I come in.

The haircut that we requested was turned down and told we needed a appointment instead. The haircut we received was not great. Any corrections were over exaggerated and the front of my son's hairline was left uneven. I informed the stylist about certain things and the stylist told I was wrong.

It's very hit or miss with how good of a stylist you get. I mean there should be a baseline, but there isn't. A recent haircut I got the stylist kept forgetting what I asked for and even when reminded gave me a bad haircut. You should be able to rate stylists through the app and be able to see their ratings so you can make an informed decision.
