This last visit, the hair massage was not as great as it's been in the past, not sure whom the lady I got my hair styled the previous time, but she did a much better job with the hair massage. That's really my main reason for getting the shampoo.
Huge shoutout to Alexandra at Sports Clips! She was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, professional, and made the whole experience great from start to finish. Her attention to detail and customer service were top-notch. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about her customers, Alexandra is your girl! Highly recommend!
Might be the worst haircut I have ever gotten. The stylist station was dirty with hair on the counter, I could not find a clean spot to put my hat, and then she placed the towel that was going to go around my neck on the hairy dirty counter.... The stylist was abrasive and seemed to be paying more attention to her co-stylists and the hair cut they were rather than my hair. She continued to yell across the room trying to join in a conversion that did not include her. At one point she left me, and started cutting another persons hair... It very much seemed that she cared more about that hair and mine. In the end there was no blending from the number 2 on the side to my on top hair... Looks like a bad military cut... I can go on but I think this prints the picture. Next time I will wait for my normal stylist to come back, even if it's a week later...
Punam was great and friendly, but the haircut was too fast. She missed to cut some hairs on the back, which is still long and make it rough hairct rather than neat and sharp. score 8/10. there is still room to grow.
I got a scissor cut and the lady was just remarkable but most of what I enjoy about sports clips as it’s just consistently good.

My stylist was one of the most unfriendly and unengaging stylists I've ever had. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she was in a sour mood. The quality of the haircut was decent, but combined with the bad attitude, I likely will not be visiting this location again.

The shampoo and massage during the wash was great. Hair cut was so-so. Uneven sideburns and a rough cut. Hair dresser was rush and distracted by other conversations. Her first cut of mine was much better.
