We have been going to Sports Clips for years and all of the stylists does a great job on cutting my son's hair.
The service was quick. I didn't buy any product, but the hairstylist was thorough and very sweet. She was training another employee, so it made the haircut that much more fun. Hairstyle came out looking great and for a great price as well.
The people
I used to like the sports programming you provided. Hence, "SPORTS" clips. However, you appear to not want to subscribed to a streaming television provider in order that you might display current sport events during my visit. It would be nice if you actually went back to your roots.

Zahraa has been cutting my son’s hair for the majority of his 6 years of life. She is personable, knowledgeable, and a master at her craft. She makes you feel like a friend and remembers a small details about your life, making the visit special and rememberable. She is so gentle and quick I would recommend her to anyone.
My stylist Grettle does great work and I'm always happy with my cut.

I checked in via the app and arrived in the store. Checked in and let them know I was there and I just needed a neck trim. They then looked at the computer and all the ladies went to the back area visibly talking about me while staring at me. One of them then came to get me and trim my neck. Without even asking how I wanted it trimmed, she quickly trimmed it. As I was getting up to leave, the manager stops me and says “oh you can’t get anymore free neck trims you have to pay $5 going forward because you haven’t gotten your haircut at this store.” I hadn’t gotten my haircut at this store because y’all just closed the sport clips location by my home and I am not ready for a haircut yet!! I told her this and she didn’t care, said no more free neck trims for me. I’ve gone to sport clips my entire life and never had this problem before. The window had a huge sign that said free neck trims. I will not be going back to this location, ever. Also, not great to have the employees talking about the customer in another language while staring at them. Really makes you feel welcome…

I am from CA and years ago I was a dedicated client, but that was because I found a stylist that I liked. Service was great, quality was great, and stylist was very friendly easy to talk with and make my overall visit outstanding. However, do to CA prices it was difficult for your franchise to retain quality stylists and employee retention was an issue thus changing my visit experience constantly where I finally fell away from going. I now have recently relocated to TX and been twice because I do not have a dedicated stylist. 2 totally different towns, and good experiences. We shall see if I continue to go in my local location if you are able to maintain the same personnel, which equates to me having the same experience each time I go instead of the CA experience - like trying a new stylist every time I visit or every few times. I am not interested in that as a client. I am looking for a good, friendly stylist that I can dedicate my money and time to.
