The insane suggestive tip screen that pops up first when paying by credit card. I can't remember, but I believe it starts at 25% and goes up from there. It's ridiculous.

I had an excellent experience with Felicia! I came in for an executive cut, and she was absolutely meticulous with every detail. She took her time to ensure the cut was precise and exactly what I wanted. The attention to detail really shows in the final result. Kim, the hairstylist who cut my hair, didn’t do a very good job. She rushed through the process and left some hair long and unevenly cut. She didn’t shape the back hairline and seemed to not really understand how to cut my hair, I had to tell her many times after she repeated what she was doing. My hair cut is very simple and only requires 1/2 on the trim guard for the sides with a high fade, and finger length on the top.
I paid for my services even though I wasn’t happy with it. I was just tired of having to show her and correct her mistakes. I didn’t complain in the store, but I will not be returning to that location.
