I typically visit the Sports Clips off Morton and 99 in Katy, TX. They do an excellent job and always have.
This was the first time I visited this Sports Clips and the staff seemed to be poorly trained that especially cut my son’s hair, Name removed. I made sure to be very clear on his haircut (one, high fade with finger length on top) and the stylist was not able to complete his haircut. Once we got home I had to fix the issues myself because I felt the staff was not capable of fixing.
Everything is done professionally, the way I want it, and in a timely manner. The hair products I've purchased have all been high quality and very useful

I walked in and did not have a wait time. I received a great haircut to my satisfaction.
Who ever cut my hair did terrible. Didn’t listen, said my notes are wrong in the system and that was how she attempted to cut my hair, which was even wrong. I had to call in my wife from the car to save my haircut and ask her opinion, that is how bad it was. I honestly thought I had to shave my head for a minute. She got it to basically a 1/4” buzz cut, I paid and walked out.

I like the concept in general. I haven't tried your hair care products. I use my own selection of hair styling, darkening, etc.
The ladies in there were very friendly and professional. My daughter asked for a layered cut on long hair, and the stylist gave her a beautiful, trendy look. The stylists here are highly skilled professionals. We came in shortly before closing time on a Sunday, and they gave us a wonderful experience. Thank you so much.

Great pleasent experience
Aida was very good on my hair and super nice. In the past 10 years or so, I feel that every single stylist that has cut my hair, has been super!! My son was ten years old when I first started coming in with my kiddo Anthony who also was styled there as well. Not one stylist pulled or hurt his head. I'll give you one critical piece of advice..... do not place a whip cracking manager that's way younger than your stylists that are creating the ideal environment for a family who just wants kind people to care for their heads. Big or small like my Anthony once was, although his head is big like mine now, I come back for the kind and efficient haircut. Not the rude manager snapping fingers at her girls with ridiculous demands. I do not remember the name of lady that I saw that was bitchy with the stylists but that should not be the business model that this awesome place should be adopting!!
