Excellent service and love my new Tuscon
Good service and follow up. Only issue was;
I had the recall work done on the seal belt tensioner. It was, what looked like a messy job cutting plastic pieces etc. Please make a small effort to at least vacuum the cut pieces upon completion. I had to take my car to the car wash and use the vacuum to clean the floor, both front and back. Thank you.

Our family is basically a Hyundai family. It started with my mother in 2001. She purchased a Hyundai Accent GL. After her death in 2009 I drove it until I passed it to my oldest daughter. To make a long story short I was well pleased with the service and reliability of the Hyundai brand. So now my oldest daughter has her own Hyundai , my youngest daughter has a Santa Fe, my wife and I have a Santa Fe, and we talked her Uncle into purchasing a Hyundai. So basically we are well pleased with the service and reliability of the Hyundai brand.
Everyone was very friendly and supportive. I just purchased a NEW G70 Genesis and the process was well managed and Dave Sharpe made it a very pleasant experience by preparing in advance much of the required paperwork. There were No surprises as we reviewed the Closing Statement. No last-minute add-ons or other items we had not previously discussed. All of these factors together makes Don Franklin and their personnel truly outstanding.
Prompt services. Friendly and professional service men. And good listening ears when customer is sharing.

I recently bought a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. It is undoubtedly the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. Also, the personnel who work at Don Franklin are very professional and customer oriented. My sales representative was Jamal Wagner. He was very professional, polite, helpful, and never once pressured me into a decision. He was answered all of my questions and was very patient. He made my buying experience very pleasant. He has also been available since my purchase to answer any questions I might have. I would also like to thank Mike in the finance office for expediting my loan quicker than I have ever experienced before. Mike was also very polite and professional. Overall, I had the best car buying experience I have ever had and would recommend Don Franklin to all of my family and friends.
