LeAnn in the service department gave me the best service I've ever received after years and multiple vehicles with Don Franklin of Lexington on Richmond road. Even actually offered a car wash, which had never been asked while servicing my vehicle there. Highly recommend her. She should even be the one running the service department in my personal and business opinion. I am a general manager of a restaurant and know the importance of having key people like her as an employee and promoting those like her in key roles like management. You would definitely see a difference if she were to be the one managing your service department!
