I always reach out to her directly to schedule appointments. She always treats me with respect and does her best to get me in ASAP. Chris in the service department was amazing to work with. Everything promised was completed quickly and the loaner vehicle was ready and waiting, which helped me to return to my workplace faster than I had anticipated. Communication was also exemplary. Not to mention that our family has leased Hyundais for nearly two decades and my most recent lease of a Genesis has been amazing. I love this car!!! :) So I would be remiss if I didn't share how great Misty Roberts is. She is ALWAYS there for us! When a sales person feels more like a friend, it's wonderful.
