I love how customer oriented the Don Franklin staff is. I have bought three cars from Don Franklin and and will continue to buy cars from Don Franklin. I also would not think about taking my car anywhere but their service center.

Don Franklin Ford Service Department is a very good company. It is easy to schedule service and their technicians do a good job. Communication from them is very good, keeping the customer informed of their vehicle status. The service writers seem to listen to the customer to ensure what is needed/requested.
