I like your employees. They are always smiling and talking so nice. And I’m sure they are busy but they make sure they answer all my questions. They really do a great job. My truck looked so good when they brought it back I hated to drive it to work today in the rain an get it dirty! Drives like a new truck with my new tires on it!

From beginning to end they went above and beyond to upgrade me from a small truck to a grand cherokee. The sales rep stayed honest from the beginning and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and stayed well within my budget. I just took my jeep for its first service and was thrilled to not sit there for over an hour for a simple oil change. Everyone I talked to that day was nice and courteous and very helpful. Definitely will come back if I'm in the market for another vehicle!

I went for an oil change and as soon as I got out my car one of the employees greeted me right away and checked me in and since it was my first time getting a service at Don Franklin Ford London, I didn’t know where the waiting area is and he was nice enough to show me where it was. The woman at the front desk was also very nice. I’m overall all satisfied with the service I received! Definitely Recommend Don Franklin London to go for their oil change or any other services anyone needs done just because the service was very pleasant and professional, they even washed my car! I was really happy with that!
