Jennifer was very personable and kind. While waiting associates would walk pass and speak. Oil change was free one of 3 are for me. Didn’t know that so big surprise in a positive way. Didn’t have to wait to long either. Wait was maybe 50 minutes.

Jill was an amazing sales person. The rest was normal car lot stuff. Also Walt is wonderful.
I may have accidentally hit a wrong answer on the first question. I loved every part of working with Don Franklin Nissan. Jill was our salesperson, and she was patient despite us driving a combined 5 test drives. She stayed late on a Friday night to sell us two cars, and she was in early Saturday morning to finish things up. We were treated royally.

I recently had a rear tire with low pressure. I arrived without an appointment and they were able to determine the tire could not be repaired. A new tire was ordered and installed the next day‼️
They were efficient and completed the work as desired.
