Don Franklin Staff are a great team! I was very fortunate to work with Chris in the service department. He always was up front with the maintenance on my Pathfinder. I never had bought another vehicle without paying the first one off. However, last week I decided to meet with Jill about the possibility of purchasing a new Pathfinder while getting my oil changed. I never thought I would be leaving in a brand new Pathfinder with a considerable lower monthly payment. Jill is a 10 out 10! She was awesome to work with through the whole process. I also need to mention Walt, whom provides top of the line customer service. I will always be a Don Franklin Fan!
