The customer service was great. I was treated well when I went to drop off and pick up my car. I also enjoyed the employee who picked me up to take me back to the dealership. They were very friendly and arrived in a timely manner to my location.

I appreciate Bryan. I love my 2025 Nissan Rogue Platinum. However, I have a few concerns:

1. No one helped me with the MyNissan app; I had to download and figure it out myself.
2. The tire pressures were 49 PSI after driving 35 minutes from the dealership. (The sticker by the driver's seat indicates 33 PSI).
3. My temporary tag was not secure enough; it blew off on the freeway within a week.

Jennifer Daly usually takes care of me and I ask for her when I schedule my appointments. She has always been so nice to me and I appreciate having her as my service representative. It is nice to have a familiar face when I am there.

I am very satisfied with the experience. The Nissan Versa SR is comfortable for daily commutes, has advanced tech features and safety features that make it feel like even more value for the price. Staff were professional and courteous. The buying process was smooth and prompt. Overall, I would recommend Don Franklin to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and trustworthy service.
