Your staff was very friendly and helpful. They truthfully gave me the information I needed to maintain my car. Because of this I feel confident about the condition of my car and about driving it in the upcoming winter weather. The waiting area was comfortable and I appreciate the free bottled water. By the way, there are tables there where you can plug in your tablet or computer. I assume they have WIFI. If you are a coffee drinker, the have a coffee maker and wash up sink. Perhaps, as a suggestion, you could offer tea bags. Basically, they take the pain out of waiting.
