Yes, for the sales department, they have a lot to be criticized. I’ve never been happy with the deal. This mainly has to do with the upsell after I had decided what I wanted. I feel like I wasted $6000 because the salesman scared me. I won’t be buying another car for Dan Franklin.

Your service tech’s are incredible. I was about 30 miles from the dealership with rain pouring down. The rubber part of the wiper blade, on the driver side, partially came off. The service dept took my name and told me to just come on and they would help. When I arrived my, Jennifer, my tech recognized me when I walked in said and said “Mr. Lawson. I’ve got you ready”. Amazingly she recognized me and did have everything ready. She told me I had bonus dollars and they would cover the cost. In just a few minutes I was taken care of and on my way and didn’t have to pay anything. Personal, friendly and attentive is a good way to describe the service tech’s. I’m treated like I’m a friend.

I had a recall on my Rogue and at first they said it would take about 2 hours to fix. However it was fixed in about an hour and was great. Ron in the service department really took care of me.
