The service was satisfactory . However the facility is way to small and the time it takes before you can get service is way to long . The sales aspect of this location was good . my sales person was up to date on the product .The product is a very good one and does what it was supposed to do .

The salesman Jeff York was helpful. Kanon was also helpful and so was Thad. I felt no pressure. They made the buying experience easy. Finance needs more help as that was a long wait even though I have a great credit score.

Andre listened to what my needs were for a new vehicle-leather seats, no white interior, etc. While the first vehicle I looked at was beautiful, it was a bit more than needed. Andre arranged to have a car brought in from another dealership which was more to my liking.
Unfortunately when I arrived to test drive the vehicle Andre was a bit "out of commission". While that took me by surprise, Ethan was there to help show me the Buick Essence that was sitting there waiting for me. After a few pointers and a test drive I was sold.
Ethan took care of the data gathering knowing that there was a stipulation of 0% APR or no deal. Once that was approved I was escorted to finance. The gentleman in finance (whose name escapes me and all the paperwork is in the car) was efficient in explaining the terms of payments and additional coverages available. Papers were signed and we were done!
I returned to the dealership the following afternoon for "car school" where I got a more in-depth look at all the car has to offer. Ethan took me through the paces of all the buzzers, flashers, and bells.
All in all it was a very good experience. The only thing that is disappointing is that some of the perks for the car will not be available until the "chip" arrives. Also, the amount of "paperwork" (literally) is time consuming.
Thanks for asking for feedback. I know a lot of people won't give these a second thought, but when you get a chance to give a shout out to someone you really should.
