I recently had an oil leak and hoped for quick service. Thanks to David in the service department, I was able to get the issue fixed quickly.

David deserves recognition for going above the standard response of “make an appointment and wait two months”. An oil leak needs immediate attention and David made that happen. Can’t express how much I appreciated that.

So far everything seems to be working fine. I am still working on a deal. You all are still working on the car making it safe to drive. I haven’t been able to test drive the car yet and deal is still in process.

Mr. Dave Collins, the service assistance that checked me out, didn’t just tell me what I owed. He explained everything they did, the status of the truck, what to expect over the next couple of months with the truck and was just a good and decent human—great to talk to someone who cares, not to just be another truck and another transaction!
