First off I’ve had only maintenance services and not any repair services. So I can only comment that the techs are very knowledgeable and helpful. I also appreciate their checklist and recommendations which is essential for any automotive services.
Don Franklin Lexington dealership is going through a major physical plant transformation. I look forward to its completion as do their employees. Two new buildings are up and running but I’m waiting for my Buick/GMC to be finished.

I have always gotten outstanding customer service at the GMC service center. Communicate with me on any concerns in regards to my vehicle. I took my GMC Acadia in to find out where water was coming from that kept getting in my car when it rained. The technician Billy went above and beyond and solved the problem. Him and Dawn communicated with each other and kept me informed at all times. Dawn was always professional, knowledgeable and gave exceptional customer service. I hope to trade my Acadia in for a newer model and will continue taking my GMC to the Richmond road location.

Great customer service- Kaci, Dawn, and David are great. I recently had a transmission replaced and Kaci communicated with me during the opening of the insurance claim, during the wait for the transmission, during the work, and then when it was time to pick up my vehicle. Dawn and David have helped me a dozen times while in for regular service. Highly recommend
