Price, price and price. Your sales beat the closest competitor handily. Your problem, I expect the same consideration next time.
Your dealership is 2.5 hrs from home. I most likely would have sought service close home, except for the couple of free services at DF. I still most likely would not have stayed with DF service if it required a special trip to Lex. But I’ve never made a special trip. Your team has always kept an opening for long distance owners to book service when visiting Lex for other reasons. All the check in lane staff are personable and friendly.

We were very happy with our visit to Don Franklin Auto. We went to look at a specific car we saw online and the car was ready for us to look at and test drive when we arrived. After learning more about us and our family, Cat also offered some other vehicle options to us. Cat was great, she knew her stuff and was not at all pushy. She was also very prepared which streamlined our visit. We actually ended up buying one of the other options she presented us and we are very happy with our purchase and experience.
