We were very happy with our visit to Don Franklin Auto. We went to look at a specific car we saw online and the car was ready for us to look at and test drive when we arrived. After learning more about us and our family, Cat also offered some other vehicle options to us. Cat was great, she knew her stuff and was not at all pushy. She was also very prepared which streamlined our visit. We actually ended up buying one of the other options she presented us and we are very happy with our purchase and experience.

Best experience when buying a GMC.
I was going out of state and I needed an oil change!! Even though I didn’t have an appointment, I was told that they would do their best to get me in, and when I got back from Tennessee I was pleased that the oil change was completed!! Dawn was very courteous, and she made this a pleasant experience!!
On 12-28-22, Service Advisor James Sweet did a great job setting me up for an oil change, engine air filter replacement and cabin air filter replacement, regarding a 2016 Buick Verano. Fernando Borunda, the technician, did a super job with the vehicle service. Kudos to Don Franklin - Buick Car Care Express. Super Outstanding!

I dealt with Catarina and she was great and easy to work with. When picking up the truck, she showed me all of the features and took her time explaining everything on the truck. That was so helpful and much appreciated.
I was not impressed with the detail/prep crew’s work on my new truck. The exterior looked like it had been a rush job with smears in several places and even an obvious paint chip on the driver door. This should have been repaired prior to our arrival.

We have always been very pleased with the service department at Don Franklin. This is one of the main reasons why we have decided to purchase our next vehicle there. We had a particular color in mind so we’re placing the order for our new Yukon. That order has not been finalized yet but have been told it should be completed later this week. Our satisfaction with the entire purchase process will depend on the final sale price. Anything above MSRP will be very disappointing. Inflation and supply issues are calming so dealerships should do right by their customers. I’ll be happy to send in a glowing follow up response to this survey if we’re treated fairly. So far, it’s been a good experience. Thanks
