Fords are good vehicles. Have always been treated with courtesy and patience with the Don Franklin family over all the years we have been purchasing vehicles from them. The service department has been good to take a look at something I had a question about or air up tires at no charge.

Cody was a wonderful salesman. He helped get the vehicle for my daughter without hassle. I appreciate him meeting us in Glasgow to complete the paperwork. I would highly recommend Cody and the team from Columbia. However, i would not recommend Don Franklin in Glasgow. When i entered and told the gentleman i was there to meet Cody to sign papers, he rudely let me know he didn't know anything about it i would just have to wait. The same gentleman was extremely rude to Cody as well. Cody was nothing but professional. I highly recommend Glasgow Don Franklin get professional courtesy training as they lack in thats area.
