Family oriented business. I remember well when the two brothers were young and just married and and Mr Don Franklin himself was grooming them to someday run what is now probably the largest family-owned car dealership in the history of America. They were always so humble and polite.
Some things never change. They pride themselves on treating their customers like family. They didn't get as successful as they are by doing anything but right by the people who have repeatedly done business with Don Franklins two sons.

The staff is amazing here. I loved everyone I met. My salesman, Ross was top notch. You couldn't ask for a better man. And Jason with financing was wonderful as well. Ross made you feel excited to buy a car and confident in what you were purchasing. I appreciated him staying over late as well and answerjng all my questjons.
