We were ready to go from Cincinnati to Huntsville looking for a 2020 to 2022 Ford Transit Connect XLT LWB Wagon with less than 75,000 miles. We found this one on the internet and didn't call, we just drove the 90 minutes from Leitchfield, met Jackie, then we asked many questions then asked if we could take it out for an extended test drive. She ok'd it and we had it out for over an hour in the Columbia area. We got back back and made a trade.
A sensor light came on and Mr. Franklin himself said for us to go home and they would fix everything to spec and deliver it to us the next day and pick up our trade in. They even brought it to us almost full of gas. And the Delivery driver was very professional and courteous and offered to help me change the license plate.
I don't normally leave reviews but this was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle.
