We’ve bought twice now (‘23 Traverse, ‘25 Equinox) from DF Columbia because of Jordan Mann. He is a great example of the difference customer service can make. He is attentive and accessible. He takes initiative and advocates for his customer.
Buying vehicles mostly seems like a losing proposition and large purchases can be unnerving, but Jordan puts his clients at ease.
