I texted her and let her know exactly which car I wanted and what monthly payment I needed to be at. When I arrived, the car was waiting for me, and all we had to do was run the numbers using my updated information.
I didn't ask Catarina to lower the listed price by a single dollar. It was fairly priced for the market, and the people at Don Franklin always take care of me. They let me buy a car the way I want to buy one, not the way they expect to sell one.
I know what I want, and I need a quick turnaround. M.J. made that happen with being direct and ready with the paperwork, and Cat always makes sure all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed.

You have absolutely the best people at your Burkesville location. John, your service advisor is top notch. He explained everything about my 50,000 mile service in detail so I knew exactly what was done during this service. I think my technician name Nicki. I got to meet him and he also went over everything he did to my vehicle. You probably won’t do this but I hope you will see that these professionals receive accommodations for their work on my vehicle.
The Somerset store used to do my service work and it doesn’t compare with Burkesville. Somerset got grease on my headliner from someone with an old greasy baseball cap on. The very next service I had big oily hand prints on my console, seat and door panel. Just so you know you Somerset store is not meeting your standards with many people in my community. You will probably blow this message out the window and that’s ok. I just want you to know how it is. Burkesville will be completing the service with on the two vehicles I purchased from Don Franklin Dealership. Danny Guffey
