I have Ford Explorer… but Stephen and Don Franklin gets it done. I don’t go to Express lane oil change. I go to Don Franklin . Did my wipers at a fair price. My mother and sister in law takes their Lincoln’s there too.

They give me a list of what was done to my truck. Plus an overall estimate on what was needed to get done. Like I need new brakes. What I also like not once was I ever pressured into buying anything just given a list of suggestions that needs to get done sooner than later. Service manager was very respectful and helpful when talking to him on the phone.
