We were seen right away and were able to leave in two hours. This included X-rays and CAT Scan. Everyone was extremely nice and very professional. Thank you to Dr. Kara and Nurse Matt for the excellent care.

The whole experience far exceeded our expectations. Every single staff member we encountered were friendly and professional. All the nurses were absoltely amazing!! We truly felt they cared about us and our new little one! The food and room service staff were great. The housekeeping was on top of everything. I kept joking with my husband about where the spa was. We felt as comfortable as we could possibly be staying in a hosptial. I would highly recommend this hospital to any one. Thank you Baylor Scott & White Frisco for everything you did for us.
The receptionist was very efficient and friend.
She was also kind. Noticed I was walking toward the waiting area, she stood up, got a wheelchair and pushed me to a sofa.
It's my go to Urgent Care when I'm in Texas. Hardly ever a very long wait. PA's & staff are friendly & seems pretty knowledgeable.

Only has an XRay machine? Low level Urgent Care facility. The staff is great. Except for the front desk who seemed to actively try to convince me to go somewhere else.

Dislocated artificial hip. First ER Doc made two attempts to get it back in. Third Doctor came hours later.
I w,as there six hours writhing in pain and screaming. I’m sure the whole hospital heard me. Doctor number 3 refused to send me home with pain medication and didn’t believe me when I told him how it happened. I’m still in misery and yesterday called the ER again and the doctor I spoke to couldn’t believe I was sent home without pain meds. I’m now waiting for Dr Barrington’s staff to call me back. He’s in surgery today. The pain is so bad I’m crying 😢
