Everyone from the front desk to the radiology techs and nurses were amazing. They were friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. I have never been to this hospital before, and I was very impressed.
The ER department is phenomenal. The staff ais a group of highly trained professionals.

This is a great hospital. It's doctor owned so from start to finish it was a great experience. Everyone was so kind and professional. The doctors should be very proud of what they have done. Thank you all for making my stay so pleasant.

The registration staff were amazing, efficient and fast, they worked together as a seamless team and that put me at ease.
Nurse Ernest, what a pleasure to meet him and receive his heartfelt medical attention, it was very clear that he enjoys helping people and he went above and beyond to help normalize my emergency visit, if I weren’t at a hospital I would say I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with him.
Dr Dryden was personable, knowledgeable and wasted no time ordering the tests he deemed appropriate to diagnose my symptoms.
Both people from the radiology team were kind, compassionate and very skilled at their work. I am grateful for the attention I received and as a result I am confident with moving forward in my health care journey.

Everyone one was very pleasant check in Marissa Gallegos is a keeper give her a raise along with Jacky th e nurse who prep me. Absolutely jack the one who puts me to sleep every time I come to Baylor . The others who help are all very kind.

Beautiful building with very friendly staff. Best feature was the fireplace. I had a day surgery on my little finger and everyone was pleasant and calm to it eased my anxiety. Well done!

Staff from the reception to the doctors are extremely cordial and nice. They understand your pain and take good care of you. Extremely thankful that I went to them for my injury.
I came in at 1 am with pain and heavy bleeding- thinking my iud shifted. the front desk people were amazing.
the nurse looked like she didn’t want to be there and literally couldn’t answer any of my questions. she started an IV in my elbow crease (which is incredibly uncomfortable) and took blood but didn’t do anything else, next time maybe just take blood instead of giving me an iv?
the dr came in and was very dismissive about my pain and told me he’d come back when my blood work was in. came back 45 minutes later and said that i looked healthy and nothing was wrong. tried sending me home and i told them im still in pain and bleeding said he didn’t have an ultrasound and that he wouldn’t page the on call obgyn unless i needed surgery. he told me “i mean i guess i can give you a pelvic exam” but by then i was so upset and knew he probably didn’t even know how to do that at this point and was being so dismissive i didn’t really want him anywhere near me. He told me my IUD didn’t move because my white blood count wasn’t off. So i left at 2:45 am with no answers, no relief, and really upset.
went to a different er the next day and my IUD did in fact move and the dr told me it’s amazing i didn’t need surgery- that i got very lucky. so thank you baylor scott for your terrible service and almost costing my my uterus. maybe next time listen to your patients and do your job?
