Great caring amazing people
I was involved in a car accident and wasn't taken serious. The doctor and nurse just asked me questions and gave me medicine. They didn't bother to even do a physical or complete any imaging. People who are in car accidents shouldn't just be dismissed. You don't know how hard the impact was. My wife was rear ended last year and the paramedics didn't take her serious. They tried to dismiss her pain just because the impact wasn't shocking to them. She went to the ER and through imaging, they found that she had internal bleeding which caused her to be in the ICU for 3 days.
Prompt personal attention
This hospital has the best staff I’ve ever seen. I went in for my heart and they got me right in and were able to stabilize me.

We do appreciate the convenience of this facility. We have been there several times and have very much appreciated the way everything went.
The reason the score is not a 10 is that upon this last visit, we felt a bit uninformed. I was admitted just before 9am for a 10am procedure. During the check-in, I was told that the procedure we changed to 10:45am. Not huge but okay. I then laid there until almost 1pm. The only update I could get was when I buzzed the nurses. It would have been helpful to get some updates without my having to initiate them.

The machine necessary for my procedure was not working, and there was apparently no backup machine available. The doctor was unable to complete the procedure, and I apparently need to reschedule, and go through all that time and expense again. I had hoped BSW would have reached out to me and offered a cost-free redo, but that has not happened yet.
The hospital is patient friendly, accommodating, friendly and the staff is helpful. The nurse explained everything that he was going to do. They were prepared and continued to monitor my status, they also made sure I was comfortable with warm blankets, snacks and water . The checkin process was also pretty smooth.

I liked that my nurse was the same on intake as in recovery. It made me feel like he cared about me anfd was comforting. The facility was very clean and efficient.
You have a wonderful staff, from check-in to pre-op, to surgery, to post-op! I was only there for a few hours for a procedure but everyone that I encountered was friendly to a fault. You have a first class system in place. Keep up the good work!!!
