The doctor was very nice. The first nurse who brought me to my room kept cutting me off. I couldn't get a word in. I didn't get a copy of my x-ray I had to solely rely on heresay.
Marty was very nice person (duty nurse) and took care of me well. People like Marty makes things better. Way to go sir.

Profesional staff that focused on the patient. They thrive to help the patient to feel well taken care of and that the patient is comfortable as possible. Dr. Arak, the nurse practitioner and all the staff were really amazing. Definitely from now on, will be my hospital
Make sure at discharge all things are communicated for recovery like when a nerve block will wear off. I ended up calling my Dr the next day because I couldn’t move or feel my toes. It May just be easier to tell the person that came with you for sure. Before you go back to get the block and have surgery. I was just very concerned 12 hours after recovery I still didn’t feel my toes nor could I move them and I could when I left the hospital. Come to find out I was given another nerve block at the surgery for pain and it hadn’t taken fully effect by the time I left the hospital. I feel this is maybe the responsibility of the anesthesiologist to make sure you know. I feel most have been slaking in communication. I use to get a call the day before from them. They also seem a little arrogant when you do see them. Maybe over all the anthologist need to work on patient communication and bedside manner.
Overall everything was good and care was very good. I was just worried for a reason that could be avoided.

The web site could be more straightforward. Although it says Medicare is accepted, once I arrived I was notified the doctors may or may not be affiliated with the Baylor network and thus may not accept Medicare. Also I thought this facility would have access to my Baylor medical records since I'm in their system, but that's not the case. So bottom line my whole reason for choosing this facility was my assumption with the Baylor affiliation, and that Medicare would be accepted, but as it turns out I could have gone anywhere else.
My checkout was rushed & incomplete in my estimation. The doctor I saw didn’t know me at all. Never checked my knee out-asked me if I had past the therapy test, listened to my heart-that’s it.
Never got my pain under control. Only one nurse helped me make the pain subside & it was not addressed before I left.
The nurse left the IV in my arm-had to take it out at home. Very disappointed.
It was Saturday-everyone had gone home.
Everything went really smoothly. Everyone was really pleasant.

Everyone was very friendly and professional from the moment I walked in, and throughout my visit. The staff was efficient and highly competent. I was in and out quickly, and received amazing care.
I have been there twice now, and both times I was taken care of very efficiently and professionally. Each employee explained everything that was being done and why. Plus they are all very friendly, happy, and obviously love their jobs - and it shows.
Walked in with a freshly dislocated and fractured wrist that morning. Staff were personable, helpful, kind, apologetic about necessary delays. Dr Mendelson, Nurse Earnest, Receptionist Heather (Holly?), were especially helpful working with me to understand what the procedure was, and best next steps would be for my injury.
Everything was excellent from entry to dismissal. I didn’t have to wait long for any of my next steps.

We just gave birth to our baby girl and the experience was amazing. The staff that took care of myself and my baby girl were absolutely outstanding.

Everyone was wonderful! From the check in to the discharge the BSW team was awesome! I felt well cared for and that folks genuinely enjoyed their job. Notable standouts were Dr. Laferney, Jay Goucher. Keisha, Summer, Patty, and of course Dr. Eisenberg! I know there were many others behind the scenes that I cannot remember. I did not stay overnight so I can’t speak to being inpatient but I will for sure recommend BSW Frisco to family and friends in the future! I’m blessed, Name removed
