If you hire me as a consultant, i will help
Nursing! From Pre op to post op. Anesthesia needs to read the notes. I requested no fentanyl and soon after the second procedure, I was given fentanyl which causes me to lose memory recognizing family. We told the nursing staff about that. Someone dropped the ball. The nurse never noted it or anesthesia doesn’t read the notes. Received no pain relief!
In pre op the nurse called me back. My wife and I walked together down the hall with the nurse who then asked is some with you, I said yes my wife, her demeanor change. Why ? I can only speculate. After the first Post op I was in so much pain for 2 1/2 hours. The only relief I had was standing , but they continued to force me to sit or lie down which made my pain more agonizing! Later on my nurse who discharge me told me from my second procedure, indulged with my wife that nurses from first procedure only gave half dose of morphine and after the second procedure I was given fentanyl by Anesthesia.
I’m not a fan of surveys , but at this moment I am. This is my worst experience with Baylor facility and staff. Yes, I am an employee of Baylor and had services from other Baylor facilities. I took for granted that all Baylor facilities are the same. This was far the worst. I guess I’m use to the other Baylor facilities and practices. The only bright spot is you access services people and the discharge nurse.
Top notch personnel!
Outstanding care , prompt and thorough. Always felt heard and cared for
Good communication, lots of smiling faces that early in the morning, efficient
I recently delivered my first baby at Baylor Scott & White Frisco, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. I had an elective induction and was a little nervous going in, especially as a first-time mom—but from start to finish, the care I received was absolutely fantastic.
The nurses and staff were exceptional. They kept me well-informed throughout labor and delivery, and were incredibly supportive and attentive during my postpartum stay. I had tons of questions, and every single person I interacted with was patient, kind, and knowledgeable.
A special shoutout to Nicole, Priscilla, and the lactation consultants, who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident as a new mom.
I would 100% recommend Baylor Frisco to any expecting parent—it was truly a five-star experience.
Facility and Staff
Great staff from beginning to end. Always have a great experience here.
Staff was extremely compendent.
Everything went as planned and everyone was very attentive and kind.
Doctor Bailey is incredible! All of my labor and delivery and post partum nurses were great. Nursery nurses as well as Lactation consultants were super helpful and kind. On top of that food was EXCEPTIONAL!
Everyone from Lexi at the front registration to my nurses in pre-op, surgery, and post op as well as Walter (my Anesthesiologist and my doctor, Dr. Rogenes, were all so nice and very polite and helpful. This was my first surgery and I am very grateful for the care I received. Thank you.
This was the worst experience of my life

Clean, professional, competent, friendly
Everything was wonderful.
The staff and facilities were wonderful. I was well taken care of from start to finish. My surgery went great, and I had minimal side effects or pain. Everyone took such good care of me.
The nurse who was assigned to me was one of the kindest and most professional people. I wish I remembered his name because I never write reviews, but am doing it now because I hope he gets some kind of recognition. He deserves it, and stands out as someone who is exceeding the standard of the typical medical professional. He and the doctor were efficient and helped me get an answer for my problem and discharge quickly. The kindness/professionalism of the nurse is what stood out the most.
Every one was very friendly, but we had to wait a long time. They told me to be there at 9:00 for my colonoscopy. Got there before 9:00. Didn’t take us back to room until 11:00. They got me ready, then again wait for Doctor. Probably another 1 hour too 2 hours. Later the Doctor said Sorry for the wait one surgery took longer than expected. They could have let us know that. Everything else was good
It was exceptionally well service from check in to after care. Was appreciated greatly
From the time you walk in the front door till the time you leave, everyone was so helpful.
Not likely - nursing was great
Very friendly and professional staff. Very capable medical providers from nurses, lactation specialist to doctors. Everyone was very helpful and wanted to make sure we understood everything before we got discharged. Good communication, gave us daily updates of our baby while in the NICU. Would recommend other moms give birth at this hospital.
I have never had a hospital care so much. I got called by the charge nurse & one of my care nurses plus I got a letter from my recovery nurses. I also got called by the ER the day after I had to go. They make you feel so important & that they genuinely care about you. I’ve told all my family & friends how amazing the people are there. I am totally blown away.
Was a very long wait
The nurses on staff were EXCELLENT!

The entire care team from the nicu nurses (Bunny & Sande) and nursery nurses (Lucy & Shy) to my L&D nurse Christina and post partum (Susan and Ashleigh) we could not have asked for a more helpful, informative and caring lineup of healthcare professionals taking care of both my baby and myself the entire time we were there. I can not forget, Dr. Jordan Mitchell is world class and I can not imagine having anyone else to deliver my baby. I feel so lucky for the attention to detail and care that my doctor and nurses put into making sure we recieved the best possible care. Couldn’t have asked for better if I tried.
