Very friendly staff
Quick question in and out experience.
Was able to see dr quickly
The admission process for the operation was straight forward and pleasant I'll give it at 9 out of 10. But the release process was not very pleasant. I was released the same day of the operation. I was still under influence of anesthesia and I was bleeding. I felt that the nurse does not really care and wants to get rid of me as soon as possible. I told her that my blood pressure is high that's why the blood is not stopping I had to tell her several times to check my blood pressure and contact the doctor prescribe a blood pressure to slow down the bleeding. I asked her to give me some time for discharge but she was rushing. I would give the discharge four out of 10.
Wonderful and caring staff!
Extremely friendly service at all levels and a high level of professionalism along with knowledgeable

Prompt, friendly medical staff, efficient
Check in was easy, staff helpful and friendly
I felt cared for from start to finish. The staff was attentive, professional, and you could tell that they took pride in their work. I feel really blessed to have had the nurses that I did and their presence during the birth of my daughter. They helped me figure out what route to take to birth her, and were kind and understanding when I wanted to change something. I plan on birthing all my children at this hospital since it was such an impactful and incredible experience.

Both deliveries and postpartum help have been EXCELLENT! We love Baylor Scott Frisco
The people that saw me were very professional and treated with respect. Everyone from the people who welcome me to the professional who worked on me were very pleasant.. I would recommend them all.
It was a very pleasant visit. The girl at the reception desk was very kind and explained the entire procedure to us. Once we arrived for the appointment, we were greeted by the very diligent medical staff. The doctor showed interest in my problem, reviewed all my symptoms, assessed my mobility, and gave me a very accurate prescription. Currently, my medical condition has significantly improved
Expeditiously done with professional care .
Great nurses, doctor, anesthesiologist and follow-up
A lady called to pre- register me. When we arrived the check in process was easy. They gave us a pager and a nurse to me back to the pre surgery room. The nurses were kind and supportive.
Dr. Matt Hughes performed my colonoscopy and the tech was David. I would highly recommend Dr. Hughes.
Tanner was my nurse in recovery. He was kind and helpful. I was sick from the anesthesia and he was able to contact Dr. Hughes and administer anti nausea medicine. I would NOT recommend the anesthesiologist Dr. Bret Hesseltine.
Excelent service prompt, friendly, clean
Very friendly and very efficient!
Very caring and professional
High level of care and respect for the patient.
Everything
It was good overall but I didn’t understand why the first nurse (I believe her name was Sandra) didn’t actively listen to me, when I said I can’t get my veins pricked and answer the intake questions, at the same time. She would pause for a few seconds and then ask another question as Kenny went into my vein. I don’t know if her system went down but questions were repeated a second time. And then some a 3rd. I was getting concerned, She would have finished a lot sooner, if the questions were asked one time, not repeated. She also asked me about a medicine that was not on my medication list. That concerned me where she got that from.
Also, I noticed the last nurse at discharge did the same thing. She asked me if I had brought my pain killers. I said No and then she asked me again a second time. On the instructions I received from Baylor it says we don’t need to bring killers. Why did she ask me that? It felt like I was being second guessed yet again. Perhaps this could be more efficient by asking questions just one time. I never said anywhere that I needed repeated questions.
Overall though I thought Dr. Eisenberg’s team did great once I saw the anesthesiologist assistant, etc.
Easy carport arrival. Great staff, nurses. Well oiled machine.

Bed side manners and patient with me.
