The PA and medical staff who saw me were fantastic
Excellent service.
felt like home
Rachel the Nurse in OR is very professional, courteous and thorough.
Everyone is very attentive!
Efficient, responsive, caring. I felt like a person, and those who looked after me seemed to really care
Check in at front desk very disorganized. Given a buzzer to wait to be called. When buzzer went off I was then told to go to a different area in the room and wait to be buzzed again. Very confusing! After waiting 45 minutes my daughter finally went back to front desk and spoke to a very nice lady who came over and explained the whole process to me.
They have you arrive one hour in advance of your appointment and in that time you are just waiting in the lobby.
Once I was taken back to pre-op the nurse was extremely nice and efficient. Everything went smoothly from this point forward.
Everything from reception to procedure to checkout went smoothly. I can’t get over how friendly and helpful all the staff were during my appointment.
Wonderful people, very efficient.
Friendly staff
The front desk staff was very sweet and helpful. The nurse was also very informative & nice. The only issue I had was the doctor. When I told him something seemed off because over the counter medicine wasn’t working he laughed and said he didn’t know what I meant & made me feel bad for thinking something was wrong. I literally cried when he left the room because I was so uncomfortable after our conversation.
Kindness of the nurses
Clean and well maintained facilities
Efficient staff
Excellent doctor
Always trying to make me comfortable
Even though there for a colonoscopy, BSW made it enjoyable.
Everyone was very friendly, professional and helpful. Tech explained procedure and put my husband at ease. The most important gesture of caring was shown by Dr. Mitchell when he had a word of prayer.
The labor and delivery team is the best team ever. They did not only give me medical care but also encouraged and supported me while I was in labor.
The postpartum team was ok. I was given medications late. Nurses was ok, not great to care to patient much.
The worse part is dietary service. They gave us wrong orders a couple times. The lady alway rushed us while taking orders. We greatly appreciate all of you.
The speed at which I was seen
Really long wait time. Got there at 3:30 for a 5:00 appointment and the room wasn’t ready so had to wait another 50 minutes. Had a great nurse named Tanner and Dr. Piper was awesome.
Very professional and on time
Very satisfied with the care I received
Definitely would return for care when needed.
Everything was good until I got out of the G.I. procedure ang in the recovery area there was a nurse Katherine(when I asked her her name she says it was cat and she turned around her bed so I couldn’t see it, but I got a glimpse of the name badge before I asked her her name) really provided very poor. Patient centered care. Once I woke up after the anesthesia were off I started coughing and gagging. I’m not sure what was going on. Not sure if it was a side effect or residual from the endoscopy tube, but she literally told me I needed to chill out and calm down. I definitely aspirated and had a coughing episode. She was very dismissive and was not empathetic and as a nurse myself, I would never treat anybody that way. Then my eyes were burning me almost as if I stuck something or something got stuck in my eye, and I was telling her my eye was burning really badly and how painful it was not once did she try to assess my eye or even look at it she told me I caused the issue to my eye because I was rubbing my eye with my hand that had the IV in it. I needed to go to the bathroom and she told me I needed to wait until the doctor came. It was obvious that the floors are running through me and I had to go to the bathroom immediately I said can I get a commode or a bed pan or something I have to go. She reluctantly agreed because I was going to the bathroom one way of the other and she told me that the doctor was going to miss me to provide me with the updates, but he could just go ahead and give it to my son who is in the room and of whom I did not authorize to discuss my medical information with. I told her he would have to wait until I return, and I went to the bathroom still very drowsy from the medication or she did not try to provide assistance to prevent me from falling a herd in myself. Once I mentioned to her that I was a nurse. Her attitude shifted a little bit and she tried to be nice however it should not have taken me telling her. I’m a nurse with over 29 years of experience and now in nursing leadership. The preop nurse was very attentive and got my IV in on the first try which was great. The doctor was good. I did ask the anesthesia to slow down on my IV prior to going into the procedure because I have had medication inserted through my IV in the past and it burns well obviously that wasn’t taken into consideration because he still inserted the medication very quickly and prior to passing out after the medication was given, I remember screaming for about 20 seconds and feeling my arm feeling like it was on fire. It was extremely traumatic for me. I would like to talk to somebody in leadership to provide some additional detail my name is Name removed and my phone number is Phone number removed. I would like to provide some feedback to possibly help improve. Patient care and outcomes as well as satisfaction. Thank you.
A very warm and friendly staff and I was very pleased with my overall experience
The hospital itself was very clean and organized. My surgical team was absolutely amazing; everyone was extremely kind and considerate and made me feel very at ease.
Friendly and knowledgeable
Friendly staff !! Excellent food !!
The nurses were extremely helpful and attentive to me and my baby’s needs. They demonstrated passion for their career and helped us have an amazing birth experience. We had our first child at another hospital and are blown away with the experience we had at Baylor Scott & White.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced staff. Made my day go as smoothly as possible from the time I walked in to the time I left!
Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable.
The nurses! Nurse Rachel helped see my anxiety durning my first time of having to get the the procedure.
Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Went above and beyond to provide care for me so that I could concentrate on having my baby.
The people
Great nursing staff and doctors.
I liked the ease of parking, the process for checking in at the front desk, and the friendliness of the staff. My son enjoyed eating at the cafeteria while waiting for my recovery.

I appreciate so much the care given to my wife and my little Enzo from Amber, Megan, Rachel, Melissa, Morgan, Prisila etc.
They definitely demonstrated great working ethics, patience, and care for the patients.
I could not ask for more than truthful appreciation and gratitude! I wish them all going best with everything!
