Easy check in, excellent customer service. On time with very little wait from check in to pre op to procedure to post op to check out.
I went to the ER after a serious car accident. the nursing and imaging staff were incredible, but the dr was stand off ish and dismissive. i complained of blurred vision,headaches, and severe neck and rib pain, but the dr offered no physical exams. only the imaging. there was nothing said of whether there was a concussion or not. i woke up with a huge bruise on my rib, but the dr wouldn't know bc he didn't even look at my stomach except through the imaging tests. when asked about pain management, i was told to simply take advil and tylenol for a bruised rib. which, once again,he didn't even know about. he said he did not want to give me any mind-altering substances, as though he had some unprecedented reason to think i would abuse them. ibuprofen as prescribed is not a mind altering substance, but it is much stronger than anything i would be able to find OTC and it was never even offered
All of the staff that we encountered were so warm and friendly ‼️ Everyone was personable and eager to assist in any way needed. My husband and daughter went to the cafeteria to eat and their food was delicious ‼️Honestly that is the most beautiful hospital I’ve ever been in.. The lovely Juliet balconies over looking the waiting area were exquisite ❤️❤️ Thank you for such a wonderful experience .
It seemed like a well oiled machine. I was only there for approximately 20 minutes total.

My single most positive impression is the overall culture of every person I had the pleasure to encounter. From the front desk staff, nursing staff, lab and imaging staff: All Patient Centered.
This is a very big deal.
Compared with the Plano facility, which is "covid centric" and makes patients feel like they are cattle in some sort of controlled laboratory experiment being monitored for compliance with "rules".
The Frisco facility feels like a very pleasant, "I care about you" visit to a resort for healing and health.
All of the staff was professional and caring. Clean facility.

I wish I could’ve given a higher rating. But some rotten apples made this one of the worst hospital experiences ever. The postpartum night nurse Christina and the accompanying nursery nurse at night (don’t remember her name)- were one of the worst ever staff I’ve come across. I pity the hospital that chooses to not only hire but also continue employing such pathetic staff. The nursery nurse (assigned to me immediately after the birth of my newborn on Dec 1) literally plopped my newborn on my body and left storming and grumbling that she doesn’t know how to help with latching. The lactation specialist can help but then she didn’t even bother to explain. Christina was summoned and she made a statement that I’m supposed to learn how to nurse as there won’t be any support available once I get home. How can you hire such dumb and apathetic staff?!! Was Christina expecting that a mother who just went through 32 hours of induction, followed by a c section- to learn breastfeeding in 2 rounds immediately after delivery? The nursery nurse plopped my newborn not once but twice! The only difference being that the 1st time she did, she managed to send a lactation specialist across. If any hospital continues to hire such unprofessional staff in the postpartum care department, that too as a NURSE- then I definitely feel that such a hospital is apathetic toward the patients. Such bad treatment should be dealt with a lot of seriousness. In fact, I’d go as far as saying that the NP license for such employees should be revoked or canceled or suspended! You can’t have such people working in the industry. I really admired the hard work and dedication with which all the other nurses and staff worked at this same hospital. Labor, delivery and postpartum can be an extremely exhausting journey both mentally and physically. You definitely cannot have such people surround your patients in this critical time of their journey. They’ve worked too hard to have a baby to end up being mistreated by some unprofessional and entitled staff!! Please take this seriously and take some action. I’m hopeful, you will. Thank you to the rest of the hospital staff and specialists for helping me through this journey.
