Clean, kind, cheerful environment. Everyone…reception, nurses, Doctor Adibi, were very kind, caring and helpful.
Friendly & efficient
Thankfully there was noone in the ER when I arrived but you would have thought I was one of a million the way the receptions didn’t bother to smile, say hello or ask if they could help me. I had been in pain for two days when I drove myself to the ER. I walked into your empty ER and had to question if I was supposed to check in because the two individuals sitting behind the desk allowed me to walk up and stand there without either one speaking a word. They appeared to be trying to avoid eye contact. The first words spoken was “am I in the right place?” It was a horrible introduction to a health care facility. Everything else was fine.

All staff was nice and caring. The general area where my procedure was performed seemed somewhat hectic and stressful. However, everyone was professional in dealing with a hectic morning schedule. There was a lengthy delay in finding my husband/ride after the procedure, as he was taken during the procedure to an unusual location while waiting. He was told someone would come to get him after the procedure but he could not be located for some time.
These were small things that would not discourage me from returning to the facility. I like the fact that it is doctor owned.
Convenient, excellent medical staff, my insurance is accepted.

Excellent service and care. Entire staff was very nice, friendly, courteous, and was able to answer all of my questions.
I came in with fear that I had a stroke and yet no mri was done to rule it out. Instead there was an xray taken of my neck. My pcp ordered an mri of my brain with and without contrast and there is a high likelihood that I did have a stroke. I feel like my concerns were not taken seriously at all and the staff was somewhat unprofessional.

Everyone was so friendly and also so concerned about my medical problem. They went the extra mile to bring in a Urologist to opera on me and kept me very comfortable while I had to wait. I loved everyone as they made me feel that everything would be ok and not to worry. I was so impressed and so comfortable. What a great group of doctors and nurses!

Service was very nice
I'm 74 and went for the 2rd time this year. This was Sunday about 7:30PM I thought I had an infected ear doctor looked at it 5 minutes and said nope shingles. begining of shingles I had no rash just pain. Doctor prescribed a pill and the pain was gone in 1 day, i was sure lucky.. First time I had an ifection from a earlier small procedure they took care of that also. everone both times were very nice and took great care of me. I won't go anywhere else.

I’ve had quite a few hospital experiences in 7 different states and the recent experience I had at Baylor was by far the best experience I’ve had. Every person I came in contact with was caring and attentive.
Yes everyone from the front desk to sign you in, to the nurse that wheels you to the car. Everyone so kind and caring. I would especially like to thank Amy the nurse that did my IV before I went into surgery. I have bad veins and she was so caring and gentle
Speed of service
Everything was excellent
Different parties waited to the last minute to reach out to provide surgery details and collect payment. They were not aware of pertinent information and could not provide resource to how to obtain.
I did not receive a consult relative to the procedure until the day of.
Invoice sent was not professional and did not provide clear information.
Customer service was fair. Nurse and anesthesiologist was kind and had great customer service
