Couldn’t do blood work
My Nurse was AMAZING!!! She was personable, attentive and very informative.She wascalming and made me feel at ease.

Wonderful colonoscopy experience
Couple of Nurses were rude no helpful during the discharge jus wanna rush to take us out patient gowns were soooooo Uncomfortable. But what I liked the most is Food was served hot and quick

from the moment I walked in and was lost a person showed me the way to where I should be to the time I was wheeled out to my car the the care was first class from everyone who attended to me. Thanks for making a tough situation better. It's a pretty good drive from Wylie to Frisco but I would do it again. Worth the trip.
Fantastic care. Dr. Keelen is always amazing. Erin, my preop nurse, was so kind. She shared a personal story that helped me feel more at ease when she definitely didn’t have to! And Amy, my PACU nurse, was lovely. Took great care of me and got me going home as soon as I said I was ready! Lovely crew!

Pre certification process is slow. I called twice a few weeks before my surgery and never received a callback. Finally the day before someone called. Hardly acceptable!

The procedure went fine except my doctor made the procedure appointment for 8:30 and Baylor put it down for 9:30 so we had to sit and wait for over an hour which was frustrating!! The pre-op nurse and OR staff were great.
