Fantastic experience beginning to end. Wish we had both of our babies here!
They were professional and friendly. Very helpful with my injury.
Staff was very thorough, Physician had excellent bedside manner and the nurse was very kind & did a good job.
Baylor has superb customer service & top notch employees.
1/ I received a call the day before surgery asking me to pay without sending me details of my charges. I had no choice but paid it without knowing details of the charges.
2/ She told me she was going to email the receipt, but i never received it .It has been 10 days after surgery, still don't know what exactly I paid for.
It was an outstanding ER visit! From the ladies on the front seek to Dr. Lee and Paul my nurse it was a great experience. I can’t forget about Bob in radiology and one other gentleman who’s name I did not ge, all were above and beyond a level of service and care beyond expectation. They are so professional and knowledgeable. I will absolutely return if needed and recommend the service to my friends an family. Thank you to all at BSW! Keep up the good work.
Professional, immediate performed all the testing that was warranted, accurate diagnosis, and prescriptions for a cure
The staff was very sympathetic and supportive. I was in pain and they made me feel cared for. Andrea got me checked in. Jurry was great with his knowledge. I didn’t get the nurse’s name but oh my goodness. She was so kind. Told me some things about a broken rib that I needed to know to make me more comfortable.
The X-ray tech was tender and caring. Without reservation I would recommend The Star for urgent care.
They all knew exactly what I needed.
Professionalism, personable staff
Everything was perfect
I went for a check up post COVID infection and I needed antibiotics for a URI, I was told it was sent out but my pharmacy did not receive it despite the fact that I provided the pharmacy information - this was 2 days ago. Also, staff needs to be careful when talking loudly especially about their patients. The rooms are not sound-proof and you can hear the conversation going on outside of a closed room.
I am in health care too and this is very upsetting.
On the other hand, the front desk was very helpful and swift. The person who took me in and checked by VS… sorry I forgot his name… was very pleasant.
Very clean and professional facility. Easy registration process. The customer service that the hospital staff gives makes you feel comfortable about getting any treatment done there. I would recommend when a person gets an outpatient procedure there to keep them a day or two to make sure the patient is completely ok and not sending them home the same day.
Hospital is great, Dr Taylor and Day surgery staff was wonderful.
However, I would not recommend my anesthesiologist, I do not remember his name. He was an Asian dissent. I still have bad bruising on my lips, and a scratchy throat would not recommend him.
Very professional and caring care team. Everyone was great!
Everyone was so helpful and kind.
Very professional and friendly….they went over and above to make me feel comfortable.
Everyone was friendly and the facility was very clean.
Everybody from concierge to check out were incredible. Great experience.
Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable and on top of everything. From check-in throughout procedure and discharge. Great staff.
Staff were courteous and attentive to my healthcare needs.
The staff has always been good when I’ve had operations here.
Friendly, efficient staff
Three hour wait in ER with excruciating pain (kidney stones) was not acceptable. My husband asked repeatedly that I be moved to a bed, even if it was in a hallway, where I could lie down and receive IV pain meds. He was told by nursing staff that they "had to take patients in the order in which they came in regardless of severity".
When I was finally called and wheeled back for a scan, techs stood by while I attempted to move myself from the wheelchair to the platform; this was repeated after the test.
There was a wonderful nurse in the ER (Jean) who was attentive, efficient, and kind. She made sure I had something to eat and drink while waiting for a bed to open up in the hospital.
Night nurses on 5th floor were also wonderful: Maria and Lakeythia. Day nurses, not so much. I had to wait 40 minutes after desk responded to my call for someone to assist me to the restroom. There was a great deal of confusion regarding whether I was NPO or not, and no one seemed in a hurry to contact the physician regarding my status.
I appreciate the current circumstances under which staff must work; crowded conditions in hospital and ER, too many patients, pandemic protocols, short-staffed, but I will be going to Baylor Plano from now on.
Everyone that worked on me was very professional and quick with accessing my problem and needs. I have no complains about the service that I received.
