I had such a wonderful birth experience. The amount of professionalism was outstanding and I definitely felt taken care of from every staff member we interacted with.

The staff was so incredibly wonderful once we were there but they weren’t very responsive when calling the week before. My son is autistic and they went out of their way to understand his needs and meet them, so grateful. More medical professionals need to understand what autism is so they can work with each family individually as the spectrum is so large. Best facility ever!

Efficient and friendly

They took care of me right away. The Dr. Came and go but the Mr.Ernest ( nurse) was taking care off me. He was very professional and explained everything to me. I was scare but he let me know everything and calm my nerves.

Extremely pleased with my surgery procedure (neck, remove approximate half of my thyroid). Every one that we meet at your Hospital was personable, professional and caring including, Dr’s Tseng and his staff, nursing, surgical team, a dj hospital staff). Each took the time to explain what/ when and how my care would occur. I had expected to spend the night following surgery in the hospital, as it turned out I was sent home to sleep in my own bed. Thanks to all at Baylor Frisco for a very good experience and happy I’m pleased to recommend your Hospital.

This is my second time in seven months that I’ve had surgery at this facility. The nurses are amazing! The doctors are amazing! It’s clean, everybody is friendly, painless, check in procedure, I can’t say enough great things.

The facility was impeccable! I was so shocked when I entered the hospital lobby. It is a true, state of the art, well-designed building, with patients in mind. The staff was courteous and friendly. From the check-in desk, to the nurses, anesthesiologists, and doctors, I felt very comfortable, relaxed, and welcomed! My wait time was very minimal. I appreciate good service and that is exactly what I received. I would definitely recommend your hospital to my family and friends.
