The staff is so kind & professional. The facility is warm, inviting & clean.

Postpartum was awful-friday my night nurse was busy when i called for help so the lady who came to "help" me with pulling up my diaper after peeing for the 2nd time was put off say the least. She made several unhelpful comments like why call the nurse number when thats why my husband is here for, suggesting my husband leave our newborn crying mid diaper change to help me instead, lectured me to plan ahead/be better prepared next time, & lastly told me to sit down if i wanted her to help pull my diaper up because it was more comfortable for HER. Cherry on top- i pressed the nurses button saturday when i was ready to check out early & my wheelchair, well they suggested me walk to my car instead. I had to be adamant to get wheelchaired out of the hospital, which is honestly unheard of. Leaving early was the best thing for my recovery.
Hospital wasn’t in my network and I didn’t find out until after delivery
Too many unaffiliated interruptions post delivery- Mom365 Portraits, hearing screen (only 1 of the 3 people that came to our room seemed confident/qualified to do the hearing screen or explain the billing)
The nurses at the l&d were amazing and made my delivery a great experience

The people I interacted with, from the front desk to the or, were very friendly and capable.
Nausea should have been under better control before being discharged. Or they should have helped to call into my doctor to ensure nausea meds were at the pharmacy before I left. Also should've been given better instructions for the nausea while there (i.e. ice chips mainly and not continue to drink lots of water). It took us over 4 hours to get meds on our own which meant no taking pain meds either.

The team was amazing. Dr Knoll is always friendly yet hugely skilled. She has pwerformed two hand surgeries on my sister and I felt very confident in her doing my surgery. I can honestly say that I had zero anxiety about having the surgery and that was due to the kindness of every staff member as I entered the hospital.

Excellent support from Doctor Bradley and supportive staff.
I liked all the kind nurses who took care of me and my baby, and I loved all the help and guidance I got from the multiple different lactation nurses who helped me learn how to care for my new daughter. I also enjoyed all the good food you provided.
The main problem was the bed they provided for my husband. It was not comfortable at all and wasn't even big enough for him to fit on. His legs hung off the edge while his head was sitting on the edge. It was so bad, he was more comfortable on the floor. In the end, he ended up sharing the hospital bed with me.
Also, the menu lied to me. I asked for a double chocolate chunk muffin, expected to get a chocolate muffin with chunks of chocolate in it, and instead for a plain muffin with chocolate chips. It wasn't even labled as a double chocolate chunk muffin, so the menu lied!... Everything thing else about the menu that I tried was great though. Great food overall.

I would not recommend this ER unless it’s a minor emergency that can be treated and he patient can be released. This hospital is primarily for woman’s health, obstetrics and orthopaedics.
If you are ill and feel you may need an over night stay or more, then go to a bigger facility in the area.
With that said, please note we were treated very well from the moment we walked in the door and until we left. Very impressed with everyone that we saw. Amazing care and bedside manner.

Great staff in pre and post op. I always feel like they want to make sure I am comfortable and aware of what is going on.
You need to take a look at your front desk staffing. I had to wait at least 10 minutes to check in and it was somewhat confusing. Everyone was nice and apologetic for the wait but I was there for knee surgery so standing was not pleasant. There were 5 people behind me, some with small babies, and I am sure they were frustrated with the wait as well.

Maricar is the most wonderful nurse I’ve had in my entire life! She is truly what I needed during my overnight stay following a hysterectomy and salpingo-oophorectomy.

Omg the nurses during the delivery especially Mrs Brenda who helped through my epidural and delivery I wanna thank her from the bottom of my heart and I will never forget such a great person like her. The postpartum care was absolutely incredible I felt I’m like in 5 stars hotel I will deliver there every time I get the chance
