Beautiful facility, for one thing! More importantly, the people within are both professional and personable. My medical care was first rate, from the receptionist at the front desk to the doctors and registered nurses. I was confident that Baylor Frisco would take excellent care of me!

Your staff is the best!

My surgery was scheduled 3+ weeks out. I received a call from the business office 2 days prior requesting I pay my “estimated” responsibility of $2300+ in full. Right then. I asked about payment plans and was told that I would have to pay at least $1800 and then the rest could be paid out. I was made to feel that if I didn’t pay, my surgery would be cancelled or rescheduled. This was not said outright but implied. I was able to activate an old Care Credit account to pay in full so that I could get the surgery done. Very unhappy with how this was handled and truly heartbroken for those who may not be able to pay all at once or even a sizable amount like the $1800. As far out as I was scheduled, this should have been addressed sooner rather than later so if I WASN’t able to pay, would have had time to find other options. Not great patient care and it shaded my entire experience there.

Tanner, my nurse in pre-op, was very professional and kind. I really appreciated his bedside manner and clearly caring attitude.

Other than sending out too many surveys, the facilities are clean and staff is professional.

Very professional and timely

The people who work there, nurses, front desk, in-room dining services, house keeping, all are wonderful and very hospitable. The cleanliness of the hospital was superb. The food was delicious and fresh.

Pricing by the doctor was fair but pricing for the hospital was unreasonable

I like them, very quick check in did not have to wait. PA was really good and treating my eye infection he knew exactly what to do and I was feeling better the very next day I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Dr was a bit abrupt and brushed off any statements or questions….just didn’t even acknowledge any thing had been said.

Registration was quick, called back within minutes, everyone was very kind and patient, nurses, providers and techs all took good care of me and made me feel important. We are new here and very happy we made the choice. Our first time.
