The front desk is very disorganized. There were 4-5 people standing behind the desk and 1 woman working on checking people in. The woman was wearing a mask and I had to continue to have her repeat the questions she was asking. She was extremely hard to understand. Not good for the first impression.
The per-op nurses were very attentive and professional. Great care !! Kevin was fun and got my I V on first stick. I’m a hard stick. Doctors were great and recovery was very attentive and great at getting me awake and on my way home.

Upon arrival at the hospital, I was not pleased with having to complete paperwork listing my medications again after having told both Pre-Admissions and the Anesthesiologist the previous day what medications I was taking.

Also, my wife was not happy that there was no coffee available in the lobby. Due to the short procedure that i was having, she didn't want to go to another floor to get coffee.

Professional, caring, and efficient service. The Urgent Care clinic and staff, exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

The staff! From admissions, Kevin, my nurse and his great stories. Dan and Cat. Also loved the processes you have in place, the pagers, code to provide loved ones to check in on you and even the cafeteria discount and the nice card…you thought of everything.

Great service every step of the way. Right from pre registration all the way to post procedure.

No food options for vegetarian other than pizza and pasta which is not even healthy food for a delivering mother from diet perspective. Also, hospital should consider like other Baylor and Frisco centennial about diversity of patients and their food choices.

Hospital nurses were good but they need to also understand that first time mother's need sometime to themselves as well and not all the lessons !

I really liked how Karen from labor and delivery took care of me during labor process and Kylie took care of baby during my stay. They both calmly explained and handled me during my emotional and tough journey of being a mother.

I came in and told the nurse and doctor what my issues were and it felt like my concerns were dismissed. I literally had to ask for my own cheat to be xrayed after having a horrible deep cough and coughing up mucus. Just ridiculous.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. I went into labor early with my first child. From the moment we stepped foot onsite we were taken care of by outstanding staff members. They all went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure we were prepared for every step. I can’t praise the staff enough for the outstanding service.
