Staff was impeccable. Also very much appreciated the lidocaine shot prior to the IV - such a small thing makes a huge difference in the soreness level and shows the care being provided. Thanks

Everyone was nice and friendly, ran on time and everything was clean
As a first time mom my labor and delivery experience was incredible. The registration staff was kind, our nurses for labor and delivery, postpartum, baby nurses, lactation consultants, nurses aides, housekeeping, cafeteria staff, nursery, pediatrician, etc. were outstanding! Our rooms were spacious and felt modern and "homey." The meals were so good and not the typical dreaded hospital food. Overall, our stay felt somewhat like a resort stay. We would be more than happy to recommend Baylor Scott & White Frisco Medical Center to anyone and everyone.
