Staff were amazing. Everyone from reception…the wonderful pre-op nurse…anesthesia and surgical nurse…and recovery nurses. In addition, areas were clean and uncluttered. Wife said the cafe was amazing. Truly no complaints!!!

From the time I checked in. To the nursing stiff that prep me for surgery. For doctor Collins. Was very professional and courteous. The attended to me from the beginning of surgery during surgery and after surgery the nursing staff was very very professional. I want to thank them very much.
Very professional & friendly.
Check-in process was lacking. My surgery was delayed due to pre-registration mishap. I was contacted by phone a few hours prior to surgery rather than 1-2 days prior. Billing was not made clear and quite frustrating, especially right before surgery.
Good doctors. Specially Dr.. Lee., very polite and helpful.
Know what they are doing, compassionate, caring, listen to patients in the ER and on phone.
I like the attention of nurses and other personnel too.
All of it. Been to all area hospitals and Baylor is best with Baylor Frisco on top. Every one there are good people

Very well taken care of from start to finish
After starting at urgent care with my incredibly painful headache, I was reluctant to go to ER. I was concerned that as a woman who takes anxiety meds, I would not be listened to or helped. Instead, I found empathy and valuable care. Thank you!
Pretty seamless! Beautiful facility, easy parking, very patient friendly and a wide and inviting lobby as you wait to check in. The surgical staff are kind, professional, and make you immediately feel at ease. The pre-anesthesia phone calls, registration, and all the "things" that come along with a medical procedure were easy!

Had an episiotomy performed, my discharge instructions had nothing about an episiotomy, what to expect and how to care for one. Had to google it

I have to say it was all the people that worked there from the front desk to the last person that wheeled me out after my procedure. I was quite impressed by their courteous manners and everyone was neat and clean . I think they must enjoy working there. Nice envirement.
