Professional and competent staff to get me ready for surgery and then to get me good to go home.

I would highly recommend Baylor, Scott & White Frisco to any mama for delivery of their baby. You receive a dedicated nurse fot mama and a dedicated nurse fot baby. All of the care staff are friendly, encouraging, affirming, and offer support at every level during such a big life transition. The hospital even has an on-site dining service with a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu available for both the patient and their partner. I was very grateful that my husband was taken care of during our stay at the hospital too. He was even provided sheets, blankets and pillows for a pull out bed in the room. I've delivered two babies at Baylor Frisco and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Amazing staff!! They deserve so much more than this positive review.

The staff was very courteous and professional. The wait to see a doctor was only a few minutes. We were in and out of the ER in approximately 30 minutes.

I had not water or tissue in the room while waiting for tests. When I asked for these things it took over 30 minutes. I had snot running down my face and was coughing uncontrollably.
The staff was good and kind, but could have been more prompt and attentive to some obvious basics. Water and tissue.
Very friendly, prompt, and compassionate service
My baby was not due to make his appearance for another two weeks but he had to be evicted out early for both my health and his. Although this was not what I had planned, I was able to get through it with the help and support of all the medical staff who took great care of me, ESPECIALLY all of the L&D nurses I had: Heather, Becca, Sheila, and Olivia. All four of these nurses made sure my labor/delivery would be smooth sailing and they went above and beyond for me and my family. They answered all my questions and made sure I felt at ease with any worries I had. I am glad to have been able to work with everyone that I did while in the hospital.
The doctors and nurses are extremely helpful and patient! The food service is very good too. We loved our time in the hospital.

I had a traumatic birth experience. I am an employee at this facility which makes it worse. My nurse was dismissive and appeared uncaring/unsympathetic. I had a life threatening complication amd my babies life and mine was put at risk. I am very disappointed in the care I received.
Extremely friendly staff that cares about how you feel. I've gone into surgery many, many times (including 5 knee surgeries) at different hospitals and surgical centers, Amy S. was the most thoughtful and caring person that I has ever taken care of me, pre-op or post-op.
All of the staff were friendly and caring. Congratulations in selecting the absolute best people!
