I have been a patient of Dr. Burleson for several years and I trust him completely. He and Dr. Haggard make a good team. In addition, I would like to recognize Tanner. During pre-op, he sat down with me and answered all my questions, and did a very professional job preparing me for my procedure. I would also like to recognize Anna and Rachel. They were there for me during recovery. Rachel also provided materials to my daughter who had come to pick me up.
The entire process was uneventful, which may sound less than impressive. However, when, at a hospital, you expect things to go well, and therefore without any events.
Please recognize each of these individuals on my behalf.

Very impressed across the board. From the initial intake at the front desk (Hannah), to the prep nurse (Tanner) to the charge nurse (Jean) I was very pleased with all levels of service and expertise. It's clear why this location has been successful.

Nurses are the best I have ever seen and I have seen a lot unfortunately. The most efficient hospital I have been in, I would highly recommend you use Physicians with privileges there, you will be glad you did.

I am so grateful for my doctor and all the medical team and all the nurses, anesthesiologist and ALL the staff that attended me at the Baylor center in Frisco. You were beyond all my expectations.
You make me feel so comfortable and I'm feeling super great, I can't believe I have a surgery just a few hours ago, and I can walk, stand, and I am in a wonderful mood.
I still have to be on recovery to see how successful this procedure went, but I'm so positive about it.
