Polite staff, very professional, great food
The food for patients could have been better. The week that I was there they cafeteria was closed for dinner. My husband who had to stay the week had to sleep on the most uncomfortable cot in the world leaving him so sore.

I wasn't aware that while this location has an ED, the hospital's main focus is Surgery and Labor and Delivery. With what my chief complaint was, I was terribly disappointed in the amount of time it took for a physician to see me. In addition, no healthcare employee looked in to see if I was conscious.

I had a wonderful experience at Baylor Scott and White. The doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist, and lactation constant everyone was very friendly and helpful. Being a first time parents me and my husband needed some guidance along with care. The team helped us with everything we asked for and more. They were quick to respond and always had a smile on their faces. Having a new member in our family, will be a memorable experience for us, and Baylor Scott and White care team made sure we enjoy every bit of it.
From front desk to release the quality of people was terrific!

2. You get called in very quickly
