My delivery was well managed and the room I stay at was organized and clean. Nurses and staff were helpful and provided the attention I needed during my stay. I enjoy my whole delivery process and was informed of the whole process by staff. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Would recommend to friends and family.
The strategic sharing of the details for each step/milestone of what could have easily been a chaotic mess and what a releif it was not, everything was well organized, thought out and shared.
Starting at the Docu-Sign and instructions then going to the preregistration call from Katy.
Arriving at the facility and watching a very organized young lady at the registration desk verify all the data, provide me and my wife with a cafeteria voucher and an appointment buzzer.
Next being professionaly lead to the preparation room by an AMAZING nurse named Tanner and being fully prepped for the procedure having all the details on documents explained to me prior to signing and genuinely his caring for mine as well as my wife's well being and comfort.
Then both Dr. Duraiswamy and the Anesthesiologist visited me separately, both ensuring I am ok and attending to any questions.
Finally rolling back to surgery and that was 10, 9, 8 and I was out... Im sure all the Doctors there are doing an amazing job, i didnt wake up during the procedure and just remember being woken up in the prep room for my departure. Two kind nurses attend to me, Summer and Kerrie, I think, sorry dont remember the name, she was one year on the team, and she wheeled my to the car. It was all an overall stellar experience. Thank you.
I did not feel valued or like my health mattered. The diagnoses was subpar and insufficient, and it sounded like the doctor was just making it up as he went, and on top of that I was sent home with a fever of 100.7 without any recourse they didn’t even offer me Tylenol. They didn’t offer any antibiotics in the hospital to try to reduce any type of infection they said I had and both, the nurse and the doctor fed off each other. I ended up at another hospital today with a fever of 103.7. However they actually took the time to care about me and sort through my medical situation and was nice. I will never return to this ER again!
The staff and doctors are always great. Tony (nurse) was Great and attentive. Dr Arai got to me quickly and made things happen quickly

I had a great experience at the ER. Dr. Arai and RN Clayton made my stay great. They were so nice and caring. You don’t see that a lot in the ER and it was very nice. I didn’t not have a wait either. I have already recommended this ER to my friends and family. I will continue to use Baylor Frisco ER when needed. Thank you!

Your whole team did not give me the attention I needed despite being the ONLY patient there. The doctor was extremely unhelpful and did not explain my symptoms and how I should care for it. WebMD was much more useful than going there.

Dr. Kara was so kind and so patient. And Perry, he's awesome, he stuck me for the IV and got it on the first try, usually i get stuck 3-5 times, he told me its because of his old age, but i think hes juat got the touch (and experience) he also made me laugh even when I wasn't feeling great! The man who did my CT scans, happy 10 years to him working for Baylor!
By far this Emergency Team has the BEST bedside manners, they have a way of calming you down in light of health scares.
I wouldn't want any other ED Team treating me!
