The hospital gave me somebody else's discharge papers. I just hope that my papers with my personal information was not given to someone else. When asked, the hospital asked me to shred the papers.
Also post op care was horrible, the first nurse kept pushing me to use the restroom and stood there forcing me to pee. The second nurse was really nice and allowed me the time to recover but I had a really bad experience here.
Everyone and everything went better than expected. We received friendly people and very speedy service.

Excellent service. Undoubtedly they have the best doctors and nurses. Their food menu’s are like 5 star hotel. Excellent.

We loved our experience and care ever since we stepped foot into the hospital. We had amazing care from the nurses and staff. Dr.Bailey and her surgery staff was amazing throughout the whole experience. Our postpartum experience was amazing with nice and attentive nurses all day and night long. The food was tasty and delicious as well as having the nourishment room. Thank you Baylor Frisco for making our second baby experience nothing but amazing.

All personnel were friendly and informative. My procedure was on time ~ if fact a bit early! The nurses made me feel very comfortable. They afforded me privacy for undressing and dressing which I greatly appreciated.

Fast professional and kind people helped me through every step of my procedure. If my pain flared, they brought heat pads until I could get meds. I preferred a certain IV location, they did it. Everyone answered my questions and engaged with me sincerely.

The L&D nurses were all incredible. Especially Emely from night shift. She cared for me with so much patience, gentleness, empathy and compassion. She advocated for me when I couldn’t advocate for myself. She is a nurse I will never forget!
Everyone was very friendly. I was a very difficult sick and everyone was very gracious and did their best.

The staff was professional and friendly. Clean lobby and the start to end of my procedure went smooth.
The only topic to recommend is more registration staff. There was a line to check in them got the pagers then they also walk patients to the correct corridor and they are responsible for providing answers and statuses. Not enough of them and they were so busy.
