The entire team—from labor and delivery to post partum and the nursery, truly made a difference in the experience we had. As a first time mom, I did not expect to feel so supported, informed, heard, and validated.

The only one thing I would request is to let the financial department of the hospital to leave the patients alone. There is alot happening and no one is thinking about paying the hospitals bill right after deliver.
LAURA from financial office, came twice in my room. Called once, and emailed. At that point i was pretty annoyed by her behavior, that I didn't want to even call my insurance to add the new born.
Other than that everything else was amazing. Tina, Cynthia, Jenny, and the nurse during delivery I just loved her. Thank you BSW and Staff.

My wife and I both said multiple times that this hospital has the nicest people of ANY hospital we have ever been at! From check-in all the way till we left, every single person was kind, and courteous, and made us smile during a very stressful situation.

Everyone cared for me and was so nice
We were admitted late. We had been on the confirmed list since Saturday for Monday with only 1 person in front. The day of check in at 8:30 there were 2 more in front of me and they had moved everyone out an hour. We arrived after the hour delay we still had to wait in the waiting area.The nursing staff was a hit or miss. When admitted our first night nurse had no communication 90% of the time. Instead of assisting me with things I needed such as drinks/ice chips and bathroom trips the nurse told my husband where the snacks were if I wanted anything and how to plug and unplug equipment to use the restroom. The day nurse that relieved her was excellent. I still would not recommend to anyone with my overall experience since it was more negative than positive.
Very professional care. From the moment I arrived to my discharge my family and myself were keep informed of every step in the pre, and post OP procedure. EXCELLENT CARE

I went into your ER with an emergency and doctor was so rude he did not even take proper notice of my condition . I was sent home and then I could not breath and had to be taken into another ER in Allen where they treated me and did not let me go home till reocoverrd . How could your er let me go home without proper evaluation. Shame on you
The staff was very professional and attentive. They were sensitive to my concerns and did a thorough exam. I received a follow up phone call from one of the staff that was familiar with my exam. EXTREMELY professional! Thank you!
