Everything! From the front desk check-in personnel to your outstanding nurses to your wonderful doctors! The care and service I received was top-tier at Baylor and that is why we continue to use them for my medical care for now and into the future. I know at Baylor I am cared for, I am listened to, and I receive the most superior quality of care services there.

My short stay was great, all of the nurses and providers were kind, understanding, and fun to talk to. They were very attentive as well. Could not have gone smoother.
I loved everything, every single thing. I received calls days before my procedure, the staff, beginning with Beth. When I walked in,she greeted me. Natasha and Rachel were soooo nice. If I ever had to come back, I would only do it if they were there to care for me.
Extremely professional, kind individuals throughout the entire facility. Everyone cares for each and every patient. Makes you feel so much better since you’ve ill at the time can’t say enough good things about them.

Every single person we came in contact with was so nice! Even nurses and anesthesiologist that weren't involved in my care were saying hi. The waiting area was beautiful and didn't feel like a hospital at all.

We were in and out of the emergency room within 2.5 hours. The doctors, nurses and techs were very friendly, was clear with the next steps and answered all our questions.

TOOK CARE OF ME VERY QUICKLY AND STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL
Have a dedicated stillbirth unit with all staff ( including doctors and nurses) specifically trained on how to be empathetic towards mothers who give birth to stillborn babies and provide ongoing care for mental health and counseling for both mothers and their spouses during the hospital stay and beyond.
