Everyone from registration, L&D, postpartum, nursery, and lactation were great. I really cannot thank my L&D nurse enough though, Kristina. I was so nervous for the c section and she definitely made me way more comfortable and calm. I’m so glad she was our nurse from start of check in, to the OR, and in recovery!

My recent experience was, as always, pleasant and professional. I have been a patient at BSW for years and feel very fortunate to have the quality of care they provide. I have no hesitation recommending them to family or friends.
My processing began quickly upon my arrival, and once the situation was determined, I was quickly sent to a nearby Scott and White facility where a sonagram is available. This piece of equipment was used by the technical staff there to determine I did not have a blood clot in my leg. They then discharged me with instructions to followup and treat the swollen leg. Everyone was professional and friendly. An excellent experience.
