The services were convenient, fast, and well done.
I have been a patient there for many times and they are always the friendliest, most professional of any hospital I have been to over my 86 years. I try to get to doctors that have privileges there. My endoscopy and colonoscopy was executed smoothly and it is the 3rd or 4th of these I have had there. Best wishes to Baylor Frisco. Del Last name removed
Everyone was professional, caring, attentive and efficient!!!
Excellent services
Lovely people. I will highly recommend this hospital to everyone especially new moms who need that extra emotional support
Warm and friendly staff and great nurses.
Kat & Rachel were absolutely amazing during our 2 night labor & delivery/postpartum stay. They were so warm, kind & made sure we were always comfortable. Thank you both!!!
Fast, efficient and friendly.
Have nurses that listen to your needs.
My anxiety was high after operation. Post op was loud with puking, crying, beeping, and laughing.
My blood pressure was elevated because of this.
I repeatedly told nurse this but they insisted to keep giving me meds.
Once finally moved blood pressure lowered
Professional and friendly.
I was dreading heading back to the hospital for the birth of my second child, because I went to another location of BS&W for my first and had a terrible time. Nurses coming in constantly and interrupting sleep or time with my child, or asking me the same questions. We also were given unsolicited recommendations regarding breastfeeding vs. bottle feeding and were given a hard time to leave the hospital. However, with BSW Frisco, we seem to have had the complete opposite experience. All the nurses and people that had to come in for me or baby worked around what worked best for me, trusted my care towards my new baby, and only checked in when needed. The food was also great, and we were able to discharge in 24 hours. I really appreciate limiting unnecessary room visits and working to get us home ASAP.
Fastest ER experience I've ever had. My doctor was so nice and I got the results of the testing within an hour. I loved that I had a private room and it didn't feel like a cattle call.
Friendly service and very informative after service is done.
Everything went well
efficient, professional, friendly
Staff is amazing! Very friendly, helpful and encouraging.
When I need help I can be sure every test needed will be done on site… the staff is very attentive and competent. I’m always taken care of when I go there. And I’ve never had to wait long before being seen.
everything
Professional says it all.
friendly, prompt service
You perscribed an experimental drug and the PA did not inform me or educate me about the drug or give me a choice for an alternative drug. The other drug I was prescribed was for strept throat which did nothing for my COVID chest infection. When I called back to try to talk to the PA to perscribe an alternative medication she was too busy to take my call. I was put in touch with the RN who told me just take the med for the strep throat which has not helped. Basically my trip to your clinic was a waste of time. And you just blew me off when I didn't want to take a potentially dangerous drug that hasent gone through proper clinical trials to determine its long term safety effects. If you read the packaging provided you will see it says it was approved by the FDA for emergency authorization and its safety has not yet been determined. So my right as a patient is to not take this drug your responsibility as a provider is to inform your patients about this drug being experimental and offer an alternative.
I went in for a miscarriage at 7 weeks and the demeanor of the Dr and in room nurse were lack luster and cold. I understand my results were not favorable, but they did not seem to put care of thought into the traumatic event that was taking place from a patient’s perspective. They did mention that they were busier than they usually ever are, so maybe that was it, but I left wishing I had gone further down the road to another emergency department where they would have been more compassionate.
From registration of a surgery to discharge, everything was smoothly and professionally done. I especially appreciate Irma for her help when I first registered for pre-op orders. I also appreciate my over night nurse Kat who made me feel comfortable and treated every task with professionalism even at 3 in the morning.
The doctors and nurses were not listening to me . I came in for abdominal pain- i just recently found out i was pregnant and wanted to make sure everything was okay. I had at least 4 different staff members ask me about vaginal bleeding when i NEVER mentioned that because i did not have any and i reiterated that to every single one of them. On my discharge papers they put that i had a history of vaginal bleeding which again - i NEVER did. They also put on the paper that i was seen for a threatened abortion and threatened miscarriage and that’s not what i came in for. Then when the Dr came in to give me absolutely no information she came in laughing and tells me i just need to go follow up to see if my body is preparing for a miscarriage even though she said they saw nothing concerning. I left more anxious and scared for my pregnancy and myself than i did coming in. I will not ever recommend due to this experience which is sad because i’ve been to this hospital many times and have never had any issue until that Saturday
Doctor and staff were very responsive.
One thing that I would like to point out is that my arm was badly bruised trying to secure an IV line.
Very nice.
Night nurses for date 10/13/23 and day/night nurses for 10/14/23 were amazing!
Everyone was caring and professional.
Beautiful facility and the nurses in the IV infusion area were super nice
My name is Name removed and I had a colonoscopy the 28th of October at Baylor Scott & White frisco. I had four nurses come in during prep time and unfortunately I do not remember their names but hopefully you can look them up. I want every single one of them to be recognized. Especially the anesthesiologist. So professional, very nice, I felt a very Christian atmosphere but they did their job so well and so diligently. I don't think I've ever had a greater experience in a hospital especially before procedure before. And my doctor was incredibly sweet, I believe her name was she do. Anywho, what an amazing hospital, amazing staff! These individuals are truly doing their calling and I'm grateful for them being there for me. May God bless you all

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
