I was charged over $600 for an influenza test and strep test when I was expecting a bill of $50. I understand I was told physicians bill separately, but why are the tests billed at full price? I would not recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for an urgent care, as these are not urgent care prices. I was seen for a total of 10 min and am paying as much as I would for an ER visit.

The care
The waiting room was very cold and I was early for my appointment time. I had to wait another 1.5 hours before I was admitted to the surgery prep area. My arrival time was scheduled for 9:00 AM and it was 10:30 before I went to the prep area. Your scheduling time needs help. Does your management react to my comments or is this a waste of my time.
I asked for a payment receipt for $260.00 but never got one.

Very delicate and patient
Very deceptive business practices. Was told you were “in network” but was never told that the doctors/PAs are billed as ‘out of network’. There were no signs displaying this information, the front desk staff member never mentioned it and I was never given any paperwork stating this information. I was asked to digitally sign the paperwork but I never got to read what I was signing. I was alone, and in pain, so I digitally signed in order to get my appointment started. I found out today that both my husband and I are being billed ‘out of network’ for the PA portion of the visit (husband had an appt a week before me).
I will be leaving reviews on google, Nextdoor, Yelp and Facebook to warn others. I will never recommend such a deceitful business.

I loved everything. The hospital was pretty. The staff was incredible. All of them. From the receptionist to the nurses and doctors.
