I can’t say enough about our time here. The nurses were absolutely amazing. Lisa and Ana in labor and delivery were the very best. They went above and beyond for us. They truly care about their patients. Highly recommend Baylor, Frisco!

Everyone I had an encounter with was very helpful. Doctor J was very nice and explained everything they were doing. The nurses and one doing my ultra sound could not have been more professional. I would recommend your services to anyone.

Check-in was easy. The business depth handled everything beforehand. Employees were polite and efficient.
I did not take my dad to his procedure but my brother did. They made him pay $200. As at the other Baylor hospitals we go to, we have filled out the financial aid and do nothing because of my dad's income. They did not let my brother know this is offered and that it's a different from the other Baylor hospitals that we have filled out the financial aid form for. So we had to fill out the form after paying the $200 that my dad does not have that is having interest put on it for no reason. Just to get someone did not tell us we have to fill out financial forms at each hospital because they're not all connected.

The level of service was amazing. My birth and recovery was an awesome experience due to the knowledge of the teams that helped us ever step of the way.
Dr Lee who treated me did not feel so professional when it came to caring for me because he was not empathetic to my pain and I did not feel that he paid attention to what I was trying to explain to him, the nursing team was in the most attentive and professional way, they were too attentive and I cannot complain about that area, nurse Dawn and two other people like the RX staff gave me excellent service
